When I picked up the jacket no one mentioned the problem large stain. Instead when I arrived home I noticed it then. As a suggestion please let your customer know there is a problem stain that can't be removed. I did see the little card place on the hanger explaining why it was a problem stain. Just a little communication makes a difference to the customer.

Took my Ugg in to be cleaned, it had a chocolate stain on the one side. I would have put it to my washer but its too big since it is a king comforter. Got it back a few days later and the stain looked untouched and the white was looking dirty. So turned right around and took it back letting them know it was not. It didn't even smell fresh. Then a few days later I got it back. The stain was not removed but at least it looked a lot better and the white side of the Ugg looked white again. Smelled a lot better. It was folded and packaged backwards with the white on the outside so I could not see if the stain was removed. The lady in not very pleasant terms told me "IF the stain was still there, then its still there and there was nothing they were going to do about it" It was extremely rude way to speak to a customer, considering it was not cleaned in the first place. Don't go to this cleaner, its not worth it. There are far more cleaners that actually give a damb and will speak to you with respect. I will personally never go to this place again. I wish I could give them a lesser score but a 1 star is the lowest I can go.

One of of my sports jackets was done wrong - the correct crease on one lapel wasn't done properly, and an additional crease was put in. So now I have 2 creases on one lapel, it doesn't look right.
This company sent me an email with a link for feedback, but 48 hours after giving feedback, no response from them yet.
PS The reply from the owner is inaccurate. I didn't email this business on Oct 16. I dropped off on Oct 15, picked up on Oct 19, sent feedback on Oct 21.

I tried phoning the same day after picking up my queen bedspread yesterday. Unfortunately office answered my call but was placed on hold. I finally hung up!
Attempts were made to return my call, but by then I was busy.
My concern centered around the bedspread being extensively wrinkled when spread on the bed. This is discouraging after spending $58 to have it cleaned, I would have thought greater care would have been spent packaging item.
At any rate just thought you should know!

I used Tower Cleaners a few years ago and again last week. The first was having a winter coat cleaned and this time was a large comforter. The staff is always so pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. I was lucky enough to pick up a gift certificate at Airdrie Home show which certainly was a nice bonus. They did an amazing job and once again the two ladies were incredibly efficient and very friendly. Thank you for all your assistance. I highly recommend them.

I took a heavily soiled weighted blanket in and it was returned to me in amazing condition! All stains and smells are gone!

Used Tower Cleaners for the first time for a new king sized comforter I purchased. They made it nice and fresh and gave it back to me in a plastic covered bag. Excellent service and pricing isn't too bad, will definitely be returning for future dry cleaning needs!
