I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to share my experience with Trail Tire Quesnel. I was passing through town on my way to Terrace, BC, when I ran into a problem — my car's hood wouldn't open due to a faulty trigger, and I urgently needed to top up my coolant. Two other shops told me they were fully booked and couldn’t help without an appointment. Time was tight, and I was starting to feel pretty stuck.

Then I stopped by Trail Tire, and Ryan — I believe he's the owner — stepped up without hesitation. Despite being busy, he took the time to personally come take a look. He and one of the mechanics worked together to get the hood open, and fill up my coolant quickly and efficiently.

Their kindness and willingness to help a stranger in a pinch genuinely meant a lot to me. It wasn’t just good service — it was human service. No upsell, no pressure, just good people doing the right thing.

Thank you, Ryan and team. I’m grateful, and I won’t forget it. If you’re in or around Quesnel and need honest help with your vehicle, this is the place to go.

A long story short, the owner of downtown, is such a good man. He displayed an act of kindness to me that will resignate for a life time. He truly went out his way for customer satisfaction. Not to mention, that he is just super friendly and a pleasure to converse with. 👌

I was on my way to Vancouver and there was a horrendous sound coming out of the front wheel area. I saw that there garage door was open and two gentlemen were working on a vehicle so I pulled in. I was afraid that I would be stranded somewhere, so I asked them if they had any time to look at my car. Basically they weren’t even open and they were trying to catch up on some work but One of the mechanics named Bill came out and looked at my car wheel over and assured me that I was going to make it to Vancouver. He was kind and courteous and extremely helpful. He wouldn’t take any money. He was just being a Good Samaritan. These are the type of people we need more of in this world. These are the kind of mechanics that care about their customers, and are honest and respectful. Thank you so much Bill for your kindness.

I would like to give a "Shout Out!" To Downtown Tirecraft. I had a tire that lost several psi of air pressure and drove into Tirecraft. They were curteous, professional, and immediately attended to my problem.
The mechanic spent 1 hr.looking for a problem. He could not find anything wrong. I was more than prepared for a bill, but to my very nice surprise they charged me nothing. I will take all my tire concerns to this company from now on. 5 Stars.

Popped in with 2 tires that kept losing air. They addressed them quickly and efficiently! They are also pet friendly, so while i waited for my 2 tires they had treats, water and lots of pets for my doggy. The techs were great!

The folks here were amazing to deal with! My alternator was overcharging my batteries on my way from PG to Victoria. I called them 30 mins away, parts were there when I got there. Had to wait for the battery to stop releasing hydrogen gas before working on it safely. Cody did the work in the front of the shop and got me on my way asap. Pricing was fair and I made the ferry in tsawwassen! Thanks again!
