Andy and AJ are very good men to work for the only thing that has been a problem for myself as a driver is getting loads you have to wait for your next load after you delivery of your OTR load been delivered. At times it can be 3 hours or more. You have to deal with LA traffic you have to deal with tight parking or load docks you have a lot of stressful areas that backing into can be tight for a 53ft trailer. He has no medical or any retirement savings programs or do you get paid detention time or layover there been times you have to argue about this. It not right to do to his drivers as I and others have moved on to better jobs. Beware if your refrigerator goes out and you have food you may as I had to is leave a refrigerator behind that I was force to buy for 218.00 and never was reimbursed or did I take from the truck.The pay is at times late than every Friday and drivers have bills and count to get paid on Fridays. I think the equipment was excellent for my truck and truck service mechanics are the best at there jobs. The average income was 1100. A week it went down from 1500 with having 3 trips over 1000 miles you drop and average this. He loosing company's due to his service of truck drivers not doing the job correctly. There the ones that has made Andy transport loose the contracts not some good drivers as myself. I had to retire and walk away back to Alaska fishing where I only pray that he can get more better drivers that can do the job as I did this is the main reason for me to retire from trucking with Trans Xpress. I want Andy to succeed he is very dedicated to his work and I just ask that if you choose to drive for Andy just make it to your delivery on time so he doesn't loose contracts that other drivers need as myself. I can only speak the truth and money what need to make there is better opportunities Elsewhere that I can go make better money this the main reason I retired from Trans Xpress Line.
