This company has a audio recording that talks about having a 99% success rating...I don't think so. The Google Srar rating is below a 4 and personally I wish they had negative stars I could give. In the last month they have made me late to TWO appointments and just today they were 2½hours late picking me up. There has also been a day my son had to pay for a taxi service to come get me. I'm an injured worker in the medical field and I don't need this stress.

I wish there was an option for 0 starts! Stay away from that shady bunch. I was a service provider for them and after agreeing on my rate and after I did the service they come back and tell me they can only pay 30% of the fare they accepted. If you are a transportation provider, do your self a favor and avoid them at all cost.

I would rate as 5. But for them not standing by their promise of a 'Free Ride' when I was left waiting for 90 minutes. They made sure to cover their own backsides and ignored my repeated requests.

I am a broker for transcom solution and the dispatch team is horrible they will send you a rate negotiate that rate with you send you all the future rides and then look for a cheaper broker to cover those rates and you can be in the process of going to pick up the injured worker and they will cancel all rides because they found someone for $2 cheaper please be careful when booking rides with transcom solutions. It's not worth your time or the headache

This company is very unorganized, unprofessional and VERY RUDE to their clients, do not care about the safety of the clients being transported.
