Excellent service provided by the TransMedCare team! Nurse Carmen, Bob, and Jason took such great care of my sister as they drove her from Florida to Virginia. The whole experience was smooth, from getting a quote, to arrival of the team, updates during the trip, and arrival at the destination. We truly felt that each of the team members treated us as they would a member of their own family. Would highly recommend this company for any long distance non-emergency transport needs for your loved ones.

Wow, this is such a great service.
Bob, Jason and Gleidy were so sweet and compassionate. The THOUGHT of the ride from Orlando to New Jersey brought me so much anxiety.
This amazing team made me very comfortable and at ease. It was a great trip despite the circumstances. Gleidy was so caring and understanding. She talked to me when I needed someone to talk to and gave me my space with my love one when I needed that too. I would recommend them 100 times over.

We used their services to get my mom from Knoxville to Minneapolis. The crew was wonderful and happy to accommodate any needs. The cost of their services were $500 less than their competitor who offered exact same services w/ similar google ratings. What sold us was the PHENOMENAL customer service that we received from Emma. We had some trouble nailing down the exact pick up time due to my mom’s medical care/needs prior to her transfer - I felt Emma went above and beyond to work with us and got supervisor approval to give us just a little extra time to nail down our transport details due to being at the mercy of mom’s care team in Knoxville. My one and only complaint was how BUMPY our ride was - not the fault of any of the crew, just the van it’s self. Luckily, my mom was a trooper. Hopefully in the future they can get some kind of air-ride on their vans to help with the bumpiness. Most of all, they got us from A to B safely - thank you!

I had no idea what to do when I was told that my blind, 97.5-year-old father could not fly the 2,700 miles from Central Pennsylvania to Southern California for a permanent move to be near me. After researching and contacting nearly all of the available NEMT services I chose TransMedCare for 43 hours of driving with an overnight halfway. The drivers were safe and respectful, and my father's medical attendant was outstanding. They kept everything on schedule and were patient at every step including hanging around to make sure my father got all the way to his new apartment in a local personal care home. Two months later, he is doing great! Thanks to Alfred, Juan and Zach.

What an amazing team. John (driver), Shaun (driver) and Zachary (Medic) transported my father from NJ to FL. They kept me informed, were very kind to him, and did a fantastic job getting him up to his room at the new facility on the FL end. I cant say enough good things about this team.

TransMedCare was great. From the first email inquiry to the time my mother was dropped off in her new home in Virginia, everything about the experience was perfect. John and Kristoff made excellent time as they drove us from Florida. We rode through the night and it was an incredibly smooth ride. My mother slept almost the whole time and I rested comfortably and slept. DeAngelo took care that my mother was comfortable. She got her medications on time and he remained alert to her throughout the journey. Everyone was incredibly professional. I highly recommend them for your medical transport needs.

I can't say enough great things about TransMedCare. They picked our sister up from a health care facility in South Carolina and delivered her safely to another facility in Maryland to be near her family. Over 9 hours! The wonderful care during the trip was evident as we were kept in the loop of anything happening along the way. We were messaged every 3 hous of the progres.. That was very reassuring to us. When they arrived at the Maryland facility, and were directed to the appropriate room, all staff commented on the professional gentleness and caring of the comfort of our sister. I hope we never have to do this again but if we do, we know without a doubt, this is the company to contact. I, along with all the staff that were there, say the same thing.
