Bien géré et profs extras! ..mais plusieurs délais innatendus de derniÚre minute, le cours de 3 semaines s'étire sur 5 ou 6 semaines a cause de maintenance imprévu et/ou bris mécanique.

Andy is a very patient instructor, and I’m deeply grateful for the time and effort he has devoted to teaching someone like me whose English isn’t very strong.

That said, the driving school itself has some issues—the frequent turnover of instructors and administrative staff has had a noticeable impact on my learning.

I had Leigh Ann as my driving instructor and she was amazing. She taught me so many things and the easiest ways to remember how to do all the types of parking. I enjoyed my driving lessons with her!

Worst experience ever. I did DZ auto fast track program with TTC.

They were very friendly until they got the money from me.

They rescheduled my test date thrice.

My road test was supposed to be on May 22. They cancelled and rescheduled my test saying that their truck is out of service. They did not even inform me about this until I called them the day before to check the time of my practical training. Mistake happens.

They rebooked my test for June 2. This time they said they booked my test. In fact, they forgot. The person who said that they rescheduled my test resigned.

This time also, they did not inform me. I realised this when I called them to know the time of my practical training. They did not even apologize for their mistake.

They re-booked my test on a date that was one month and half month later. I went to the TTC center and complained about this. So, they moved my test to one week earlier, which was June 18.

I knew they were going to make some mistakes this time too. So I called them a few days before the test date to know my schedule for the practical training.

As usual, they forgot to include me in the training schedule. So, they scheduled me early in the morning. They left me with no other option.

About the training, The instructor was annoyed because he was overworked. His legs were swelled up and he was in pain due to an accident happened few days ago. He said TTC wouldn't give him day off because they do not have anyone else to cover him. The instructor showed the grudge to me. He has already resigned and was in their notice period. So he didn't actually care. He very impatient and rude. He yelled at me even for hitting the break saying that it hurt his injured leg.

I paid for 6 hours of training(3 hours for two days).
First day, we did not go to road. Which is okay.

Second day, all I received was less than 1 hour on the road training. The instructor spent hours talking to others, smoking (I am a non-smoker), bathroom breaks(4 breaks 15 minutes each). We even had to go back to the center in the middle of on the road training to get a paper needed for the training, which he could have got before starting the training.

When I complained all this to TTC. I told them I was not prepared for the test. They said they will check the GPS and see what happened. They checked the GPS and gave me 1 HOUR extra to compensate which is not fair.

I had no other option and accepted the one extra hour training and went for the test.

unfortunately, I failed my first attempt.

Now I asked them to reschedule the test, and the only date they have is 2.5 months later. And the staff that I asked about rescheduling was very rude to me.

I lost my money and time due to their lack of communication and professionalism. I hope no one else falls into their trap.
