La formation théorique sur l'équipement lourd présenté par Gerry fut excellente. Il est, à mes yeux, l'un des meilleurs formateur/enseignant que j'ai eu dans les dernier 20 ans. Il s'exprime clairement, il suit la programmation, il est intéressant par ses connaissances et en plus il est drôle. Il prend le temps de bien expliquer et de ré-expliquer si c'est nécessaire et jamais il nous fait sentir stupide. Malgré la différence de langue( car je suis francophone) il n'a jamais hésiter à expliquer certain terme avec d'autre mots pour faciliter ma compréhension. La formation était en ligne et malgré les difficultés que cela implique ( parler à un écran, caméra de certains participants fermée, micro ouvert avec beaucoup de bruit, les connexions des participants qui sont parfois difficiles) Gerry est un SUPERSTAR car il a toujours garder son calme et on oublie presque qu'on est en ligne. Gerry c'est le genre de gars avec qui on a envie d'être son ami. Dans ce temps là, écouter ces histoires et retenir ces mots c'est facile.

Je vous garantis que vous allez apprécier et réussir avec brio. Gerry est un chic type( un bon Jack ou encore "A good guy")

Je recommande fortement cette formation avec Gerry.

I just finished the theory part of my Heavy Equipment Operator training with Gerry and it was a great experience. Gerry explained everything clearly, shared real-world examples, and made sure everyone understood the material. His teaching style made the classes engaging and easy to follow. I feel much more confident moving into the hands-on part. Highly recommend him as an instructor! 5-star. ☑️
