They were BEYOND helpful and incredibly responsive. I wish I had an excuse to need something shipped freight now.

A particular standout is Carol. Absolutely stellar experience.

"I've had positive experiences with Transpro overall. They handle lots of LTL shipments efficiently with professional dispatch services. Safety standards are top-notch, thanks in part to Safety Manager Carol. However, I recommend caution regarding repairs at their shop. There have been instances where repairs were conducted without authorization, resulting in unexpectedly high bills. Additionally, the shop supervisors, both previous and current, have been problematic, often attempting to manipulate situations and sometimes providing false information. It's best to be wary and consider alternatives for repairs."

I gave Trans-Pro Logistics a trial shipment as I was contacted with very good rates. It was an absolute disaster, and they seem disorganized. Was told it was not customs released when it was, did not know status of shipment, asked for prepayment after shipment had already landed and threatened with storage fees. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
