First of only a good location for food choice. The room is terrible. First of all no elevator. Sure only 2 floors but really high stairs. Dirty room all over. Bathroom Dirty everything. The light switches have visible dirt on them. My AC also did not work in the middle of summer. My shower also barely worked, the faucet would just spin nonstop and turn on and off whenever. My phone in the bedroom doesn't even have a tone, so I couldn't call the front desk about any of these issues. Had to walk downstairs wait for him to walk over from the neighboring liquor store that he apparently also runs. Just for him to not help with anything.

If you want quiet comfort, This is a good place to go. Room was clean, bed very comfy, and you can't hear the busy road outside at all! Lots of amenities very close by. No elevator and no rooms at ground level.....so that could be an issue for some, but wasn't for us.

Filthy place. Try a carpet cleaner. Respect for your guests starts with not using the thinnest cheapest single ply toilet paper. The list goes on and on. There are better places to spend your money. Windham hotels should care more about their reputation

Shout out to Harman who was incredibly accomodating to our large group stay over the past month. We had work in the area and our workers were in need of somewhere to sleep. Harman was very flexible with our rooms-- even the last minute adjustments. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely be back. Thank you Harman!

While customer service was good, the state of the rooms were not. Bathrooms were not cleaned properly, beds were more than likely just remade and not stripped, carpets felt nasty, dents in the walls and the ac could use a cleaning. Absolute great spot for the hotel but their housekeeping needs to do better. Their “main housekeeper” seemed irritated that I asked for my room to be cleaned properly. Asked me what I needed done after front desk told them. Will never ever stay here again.

These guys are awesome, I would stay here again just for the staff. Wetaskiwin has the main Street that's loud when everyone in their big trucks leave, but these guys were on top and I had food options right next door, large tv's, fridge in the toom. I say this having stayed here 5 weeks in a row for 5 days straight. Harman was great, he didn't hesitate to be of service. Highly recommend, anytime I'm in this area I will certainly stay again. Almost every single room also has a little balcony, free modest breakfast too, coffee makers in every room as well. I haven't seen a better value yet in 42 weeks on the road.

Beds are comfy they are plush. The sheets are so nice and the towels are very fluffy. Had a good night's sleep. Breakfast was kinda disappointing as it was just cereal, fruit and bread (didn't look very appealing to me) ||Will be staying here again in the near future for work.

The rooms were absolutely disgusting here. Everything was gross. They claimed to have high standards but that is so far from the truth. Do not stay here!! There was someone else’s toe nails visibly beside my bed! Location was good but not worth the filth! Milk was sour at breakfast. Absolutely not worth the stay.
