These guys always give it to you straight. Great service from all that work there. I would like to commend Mike for his professionalism, attention to detail and willingness to help. Any time I call about my trucks he takes the time to assess the situation and walk me through any quick fixes or problems. Very flexible with scheduling service which is helpful for a busy business. I’ve been using this location for over five years now and have always had a great experience overall with the team at tri truck. Highly recommended.

We have been using Tri Truck Centre for approximately 15 years now. Throughout that time they have provided exceptional service for our existing trucks, Kerry on the service desk is a true ambassador for your establishment and always makes sure that our truck is looked after as efficiently as possible so that we can get back on the road. Mike in service always makes sure to say "Hi" and check to see how things are going. We have also purchased 1 used unit as well as three new units through Thom, and we are in the process of ordering yet another Hino. The parts department is also second to none, hard to find parts for our other trucks have easily been sourced through your experts. I can't forget about the roadside assistance as well, I had to use it once while bringing in a truck, the technician was both fast and friendly. The waiting lounge and staff are both top notch as well.

At Tri Truck Centre the service department is exceptional when it comes to servicing my truck. Kerry is always great fitting me in for an appointment when I need their services and Mike always make sure that my issues are resolved in a timely fashion. If you are in the market to purchase a new truck Tom is you man.

I've dealt with Tri Truck Centre several times and have always been extremely impressed! The dealership looks pristine and always has a great assortment of trucks to look at in the lot. The staff there is friendly and professional and continue to exceed my expectations.

I had an unfortunate situation of locking my keys in my car today. In a hurry to leave for a client meeting, I called Tri Truck Centre, whom we do business with and explained my situation. They are right around the corner from my office and within 10 minutes a familiar and friendly face showed up and freed my keys which were staring at me through the window on my car seat. What a rescue! And this is not something they normally do, but their customer care is top priority and I couldn't have imagined a better service call. True professionals passing and exceeding the test of true and genuine customer service. Thank you Tri Truck!!!

Seem to have butchers instead of mechanics, any truck I’ve worked on after these guys I find all kinds of atrocities. Brake lines zip tied wherever they want instead of putting them in the proper location. Rear wheel bearing lock rings not installed correctly, not torqued at all, one was so loose I could undo it with my fingers, the other even had play as a result of improper torque procedure. Whichever clown worked on it there gives your shop and mechanics a bad name.

Edit: 04/13/2022 Got another one of our trucks that USED to get serviced by TT. In my 20 years in this business I've never seen such poor workmanship and LIES about services done. Whoever worked on it should be ashamed of themselves for such poor work.

Response to Tri Truck: I have not taken anything to Tri Truck PERSONALLY (nor would I after seeing the work done) which is why you cant find my name on file. The company I work for has internal shops and out of reach trucks go to places like Tri Truck, but I'm strongly recommending they don't come back with the work done being so half a$$ed.
