To the rude kids aka Grown adults that work here. You better learn some manners. Tropical smoothie policies per these kids is to give a customer 4 or 2 ounces of chicken on a super green wrap. Clearly she gave me 2 ounces which was rite about 6 to 7 extremely small pieces of chicken. I called 2 seconds right after I placed my app order to ask if I could pay for extra protein because every location I never taste meat. And trust I've been to a ton. Little did I know, that per them children you only get a few pieces. They claimed it had already been made, how ever when I arrived 5 minutes later it was still in the oven. Liar. Because I now know that this is the practice of Tropical Smoothie I will nolonger visit there establishments, because that is the only item I get when I go to Tropical Smoothie for over 5 years now. Then have the audacity to say I have to come back the next day when a manager is there. Maybe that's the problem, no supervisors watching them kids.....

My friend decide to get some smoothie so I tag along. He ordered me a Mango smoothie with some protein added. It was so smooth and delicious. I like it. It was a lot of smoothie. I believe is 24 oz. If you not really hungry and feel like to consume something to keep you until dinner, try a smoothie.

I made a mobile order and specifically ordered peanut butter drizzle on the açaí bowl, not the Greek yogurt bowl. I’m not that bothered by this because I know little things like this can happen, but please make sure to read the order(s) correctly.

Place looks great and I can’t complain about the service. I have only tried their smoothies and the Acai bowls so I’m not gonna give it a 4 or 5 star just yet. I love their smoothies my favorite is the chia banana boost it has all the things I love and I don’t have to add and sweetener if I don’t want which is great for me. I like their peanut butter smoothies and the acai berry boost no sugar or anything of course. The açaí bowls are pretty good either yogurt with fruit or smoothie bowl with fruits.

The workers are usually always rude. Went in to place an order and added whey protein a worker in the background yells very loudly “i don’t even know why they add protein it’s not even good for you, are they in here? good i don’t care that they can hear me” i ignore it but i’m guessing the one that yelled handed me my order and repeated “the whey protein isn’t even good for you so i dont why you added it” after this interaction im definitely not coming back here

I live seconds away and called in an order as a courtesy as I knew they were closing and didn’t want to walk in at the VERY last minute. I was told I can’t order over the phone. Fine, totally understandable, I’ll just swing by. She said even if I made it they wouldn’t make an açaí bowl. So I asked, “ if I’m there in your establishment before you close I can’t order She said I couldn’t.

Asked for the manager and he said “we’re putting away items so if you’re close yeah if not no” ………. I said just forget it.

I get wanting to go home but if your establishment is open, please serve people until the closing of the establishment. It’s not hard. If you don’t want to be in business or have a job you’re more than free to let people who want to serve others work.

Waited over 30 minutes for a sandwich when I was the only person waiting inside. DO BETTER!!! Shouldn't have even paid for this for waiting so long. Lazy incompetent workers. And I had already tipped $2 when I ordered. Enjoy the extra $2 for being LAZY!!! When some of us actually work hard for our money and graciously take it upon ourselves to leave a tip. Seriously... this is why I NEVER go out to eat anymore.

Arrive at 8:55 for Togo. Lights were shut off as soon as I pulled up. Store does not close at 9pm.

Drove 15 minutes and I checked the closing time before I left too. Update your times if you are not open until 9pm
