Recently purchased a set of Gatorback mud flaps and finishing caps for my 24 sierra 1500. The entire ordering process was easy and shipping was very fast. I would highly recommend Truck Hardware and I will be a returning customer for future trucks.

Buying a new truck yearly I had always relied on my dealership to put my mud-flaps on. BTW, they were always Gatorbacks. Thing is, I did not know that we had the company close to home. This year we ended up having to go to a different dealer (Hildebrand GMC) in Olds, Alberta to get our 2024 Sierra 3500 dually Duramax (because of supply issues) and when we picked it up I had overlooked asking them to install the aforementioned. So... through some looking around I realized that Truck Hardware was in Lethbridge and build/supply the Gatorback Mud-flaps. I contacted them and I have to say what a wonderful administration they have. Had me fixed up super fast with the right parts for our truck.. Shout-out to the staff in the front and in the pick-up area. If you're looking for Exterior accessories/mud-flaps/step bars/et alius just give them a call. I'm impressed and they will see me in 2025 with the next truck

Ordered a set of gatorback mud flaps for the front of my new truck and was extremely happy with the product and customer service. Only thing was I didn’t get the tracking number to see when it was being delivered but non the less it arrived with in a few days and the packaging was in good shape. Will definitely be buying the rear from these guys and fyi the flaps comes pre drilled.

I called the toll free number on the directions of my bronco mudflaps to get some clarification… I was expecting to talk to a robot and wait like every other 800 number these days but to my surprise was talking to a subject matter expert within a minute. They were able to clarify all my concerns and pointed me to additional directions on their website as the running boards on the bronco need to be swapped. They’ve done their due diligence, presented in a clear fashion, and back it up with excellent customer service! Thank you!

first Purolator sends my package to the wrong location then they send another package and don't tell me the tracking number until i ask for it and becuase i dont go to the pickup location within 2 days of getting their info the package is sent back. at this point they just tell you to order the mudflaps they manufacture from someone else becuase they dont feel like shipping it again. no thanks.

I had recently given up on getting an issue solved through a Calgary new vehicle dealership, that I had install one of Truck Hardware's products on a newly purchased vehicle. The issue had worsened over a year of ownership.
As a last resort I finally decided to contact Truck Hardware for assistance with the problem.
Their stellar customer service, was I admit very unexpected to me, as in my experience I have seldom come across a company so eager to please their clients.
Their General Manager stood up to the plate and backed their product 100%. They went out of their way to see I was made a satisfied customer in every possible way.
I would highly recommend their products to anyone in need of them, as you just can't go wrong with a company who exhibits such a high level of integrity. 🙂

I bought jeep cherokee trail hawk mud flaps and they arrived really fast, 2 days, excellent gatorback mud flaps and they were easy to install. Love how they have a video on installation and manual. Excellent, great people working here.

Quite honestly, one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Very high quality product, and excellent support. Due to my own screw-ups, I had a parts shortage for one of their products. Not only did they go out of they way to figure out which parts I was missing, but had everything in the mail and at my front door within a day, no questions asked. Two thumbs wayyyy up.
