The ease of access and getting the gate code is bar none. All my interactions with staff have been great and they are very professional. The unit size recommended was perfect for my nephew's furniture. I wish they were also in Calgary.

Location was good, their automation system was convenient. Had issues with overland flooding from the spring melt. As you can see from the photo I had about an inch of ice that went in about 4 feet into the unit. It caused some damage to a few boxes but this should be inspected for future renter of this unit before next spring. 😕

Initially accessing our unit was frustrating, we were advised the wrong unit and than one wasn't available right away.. it took 2 days to rectify but we did get a 50% off rent on our next month. In the end everything was good.

These people gave us absolutely great customer service even down to providing a personal phone number in case we experienced any issues moving in on a long weekend. Above and beyond and access to units easy. They did not have to size we needed at the time of renting and immediately offered two units giving us same storage space area.

We have absolutely no hesitation recommending this company and in fact will more than likely move our RV to this storage facility once our current contract expires in another location. FIVE STAR service.
