Pros : Cameras, 24-hour access (20$/month), entry code change often (easy to retrieve text your license plate and name get code 3 seconds later).

Cons : a bit pricey a first glance, but still worth all things considered.

Was super easy to get set up with my storage unit, They were very helpful with assisting me to pick the unit that would be best suited for what I had! I loved having different options for payment, with e-transfer being very easy to use. Even when I accidentally broke a door into the unit they were very prompt to fix it and very understanding. The texting to get in and out of the yard was easy to use, and made me feel secure keeping my things there. Would definitely use them again if I needed to store again!

Giving 5 stars for the amazing people who run this lot.

I spoke to Kaley on the phone last week, and she was amazing! She was so friendly and helpful, she answered all my questions, and set up a time for me to look at a unit. Once I got to the lot, Keenan directed me around to show me a few units and was patient with my many questions and didn't make me feel like I was being rushed or an inconvenience to his time.

Keenan helped me sign up for a unit right then and there at a price I was happy with, AND that beat the competition.

These guys weren't pushy and went above and beyond for me in a very stressful time, and I highly recommend this lot for anyone looking to keep their items.

Thank you for making a a stressful decision seamless. You guys rock!

One of the employees named Keenan gave me some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. That guy needs a promotion. On the other hand, I was threatened to be left locked in the yard at 8:15 unless I paid $50 extra dollars, because apparently they close at 8:00. I didn't have $50 to pay, once again that employee named Keenan fixed everything and I was able to get everything packed up. A storage place closing at 8:00 is extremely inconvenient for someone who works out of town until 6:00 or later. Before try storage bought this place I rented from the previous company that owned it, they gave me a swipe card ($25 deposit) that allowed me access 24/7 without additional $50 fees, which was very convenient. With all this being said, I would rent from Keenan again but without customer service like Keenan provided, i would think twice.

Had my unit broken into and a bunch of stuff was stolen. made a huge mess and no camera footage of anything. Never even informed me my stuff was stolen and I found out months later. Lossed thousands of dollars of stuff I will never get back. Good riddance! Also unless you're talking to someone high up in the company they are completely useless.. Such as after finding out my unit was robbed and ransacked threatened to charge me extra if I came after hours (after 8pm)!!! Wow!!!! Also anytime I called it was always "use the website" well what even is your job because you're not even ever on site. All in all I will never use this service from them again and take my experience as a warning.

We highly recommend Try Storage. Kali was amazing to deal with, always available to answer any questions we had! With a move and reno, we needed 3 units. Kali was able to get them in close proximity at the Nisku facility for us, easy to come and go and move stuff around. Safe, secure, convenient and reasonable rates!
