This past month I used Two Men With Big Hearts and was incredibly impressed from beginning to end. Nick and Michael were friendly, cheerful, and very professional. They did an excellent job of carefully moving all of my furniture and ensured that items went where I wanted them to. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who asks! I also appreciated that the pricing was very clear from the start - this was one of the important factors that led me to book with this company.

I moved from London to Toronto. They made my move a lot less stressful. They arrived exactly on time and were very quick to load up the truck, drive to Toronto and unload. No damage to any of my stuff. I would highly recommend and use them again if I ever have to move again. Everybody I interacted with, from the person who took my reservation over the phone and answered my questions to the 2 movers were great!

I cannot praise the “A” team of AAron and Adam enough! There are no words to convey their friendly yet professional manner that immediately puts the stress of moving into the dust bin! No matter the obstacles, they do the job without a complaint! By the end of the move, they are your friend!
I have to acknowledge Mary in the office, too! She is thorough in answering any questions and reassuring that your expectations will be met.
This is an awesome company that respect their workers and clients alike! I have already recommended them to friends and neighbours!

Extremely disappointed after hiring this company to move 2 dressers from one home in London to another.

I had asked for the movers’ help to place pads on the bottom of the dressers while it was still in their truck, and they insisted it be done once the item was moved in the house.

My brand new 3-day-old flooring was scratched in the process of bringing said dressers into the house, which could have been avoided if they had allowed me to put the pads on outside.

I was then strung along for a month and had to follow up 3x before getting a response saying nothing would be done.

Also would be nice if they were more transparent about the beginning $180/hr charge that starts before the move starts for an hour or “travel time”. This company cost me $500 to move 2 dressers down Oxford St. and a scratched brand new floor.

My girlfriend recently was put on a lifting restriction, so when it came time to move, we needed somebody quick and reliable.
We only booked a few days out (after our other movers fell through) and they were happy to accommodate us.
The secretary was very sweet, and explained everything well to us.
The two men that came on moving day, Adam and Nick, were phenomenal. They took extra care with everything we had, ensured everything was wrapped properly, and double checked what was going. There was no damage done to either our home, or the furniture that needed to be moved.
Adam and Nick were wonderful, and I would highly highly recommend them in the future.

We hired Two Small Men with Big Hearts Moving Company to assist with a small move in the London area. Prompt job quotes and several immediate and professional phone calls from Heather gave me confidence I was going to be happy with their service. Ben and Michael (the movers) contacted me that morning about the meeting time I required and when we arrived at the apartment they were right behind us. They quickly and professionally helped us move the items from the U-Haul up to the apartment and even mastered the move of the sofa bed that I had many sleepless nights about with ease and confidence. I would 100% recommend their services for any move.
