I've used them twice for short periods of time to move some furniture, and I've been happy both times. They had the type of vehicle I wanted available on short notice, and the staff was quick when helping me. I liked that the walk-through of the vehicle was done on my phone. Very straightforward and accurate!

My son is moving from Edmonton to Langley. He got the 15 foot moving truck. There was a bit of a wait but the service was friendly and helpful once he was helped. I have used U-Haul a few times over the years and have always been satisfied with the service and the truck. Once my son was done and returned his rental he was happy with his experience.

We rented an 18-foot truck from U-Haul to move from London, ON to Edmonton, AB, and were given a new truck. The drive went smoothly with no issues along the way. The return process was also quick and easy. Overall, a great experience!

Very disappointed in receiving a truck that had a empty tank and also had a broken drivers seatbelt that could not be secured creating a safety issue and against vehicle safety laws.. How can they can rent out a truck with this safety problem. Giving us a truck on an empty gas tank also created a problem because right after picking it up we had to go get gas. All rental trucks should always be at a full tank and have customers bring it back on full to make sure gas is always full and ready to go out to a customer. Having 5$ gas in the truck and having to return it with 5$ gas again is very difficult todo..

Put my call 5 times in a row for more than 10 minutes. Didn’t ever ask before putting on hold. First 2 times they said please wait. But after 3 times just pick up the phone and put it on side.
Not satisfied with that. Hope Manager Ekjyot give training to Staff to listen customers before putting on hold (or ask for permission) … other hand Staff Mariana Help me over the phone 6th time. She is kind and give satisfaction solution of my question.

Worst experience of my life. Wasted a total of 7 hours of this nightmare with u-haul, the employees don’t give a shit and they screw people over. While I was in there I watched 4 customers get pissed and screwed over as well. They are not a professional company, they need some serious work on there team and what they offer. They need to cancel the stupid neighborhood vender bs as well. If only I could talk to the owner

I had a very pleasant experience with the team. Ekjyot, in particular, was incredibly professional and helpful in addressing my concerns with the hitch installation, truck rental, and refund process. The rest of the staff were equally supportive and professional, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate their calm and reassuring approach. Highly recommend their service!

A nice U-Haul location! While it was busy and we had to wait in line for 20+ minutes despite reserving online, the experience was overall a good one. The staff were friendly and knowledgable. The trailer was in fairly good shape with the exception of one tire being low on tread and the last renter not sweeping out the trailer. All in all a good experience.
