Yesterday I booked a trailer to use one way to Victoria. When I went to the store to pick it up, I talked to Cherry. She is very helpful and easy to deal with, although she’s new she tried her best to help me.
Also the guy who helps us attaching the trailer to truck was nice as well.

Truck got a dead battery while loading from our storage unit. Waited at the front desk to ask for assistance for 30 minutes while staff walked around ignoring us. Lady at the desk finally told us "it's against our policy to boost customers vehicles" and that we'd have to "sit there and figure it out on our own". Asked if bcaa could boost us, she said "they're not allowed in there, they're not a customer". Worst experience ever. After 2 hrs waiting, another customer finally gave us a boost.

The staff have always been super friendly and ready to serve and provide help, however; they can surprise you with the type of kindness you thought was lost in society. They are a great set of people I am grateful for. Thank you!

Pleasant people and reasonable service. But when I tried to take back an unused wardrobe box(which they say they'll do), they wouldn't take it. I did not have the receipt. Even though it was clearly a U-Haul box and still had the strappings on it (hadn't been opened at all). Moral of the story, keep your receipts!

They do not communicate with their clients up front on their rules about gas. We filled up the truck for a drive to Armstrong and back from a quarter tank, assuming we would be reimbursed for what we did not use. Unfortunately this was not the case and we lost $400. This is a rule that must be communicated with your customers. Especially during these financially difficult times. We will not be eating this month after our move.

I've used this same location a few times and this was my best experience. It was nice to see the same staff. Being able to keep the same staff shows it's a good place for them and ultimately have more experience to make the transaction seamless and easy for the customer.

Charged a credit card they had on file from a few years ago from a different transaction AFTER they charged my debit card. Shady staff working there.

The equipment I rented had to be "customized" by the staff to get the lights working. Ownership is poor and does not keep the yard tidy
