Negative stars for customer experience. GM doesn’t respond to emails, texts or phone calls and large door to the facility is broken more often than not and shrugged off by the staff, going without repair for extensive periods of time - If you need to move things in or out during this time, good luck, the only way to do this is through a 32” x 84” door which is well travelled by the other frustrated customers trying to carry things through at the same time.

No notice or memo sent out during the time that the facility isn’t in working order, either.

Storage access is “granted” until office closure, outside of these hours unfortunately you’ll just have to come back another day. 24 hour or extended access is by request only, which is never granted. Advertised as extended access is wildly inaccurate.

There’s a grocery list of things wrong with this business, please, heed the consistently low rated reviews and trust your belongings somewhere else.

(This is a new review on the top my previous one, run away from this place : it is a week already and the main overhead door still broken. Every time we have to go to reception and ask to someone open the back door.. today there were 3 employees taking and laughing there and took 15min to someone walk and open the back door.. You rent a space and can’t even access it .. this is ridiculous. Can I give -5 stars?
(Previous review a week ago: 3 days in a row that the gate is broken and nobody fix, you have always to go to reception and ask someone to open the back gate and it take a while always .. this is a storage, gate is your priority.

The alarms are kinda annoying. I had to dig my way to the back of my storage unit, in the 3 hours I was there the alarm went off about 10 times from neighboring units I'm guessing because mine was disarmed. Last time we came we had to cut our lock because we lost the keys, the alarm went off and we were cutting a lock with a power saw and we didn't see security anywhere. There was a security guard there because he made sure to remind us that they were closing at least 5 times and asked us to leave 5 hours before the closing time posted outside the door because I think they just make up hours if they want to go home early.

We’ve just ended the contract for renting storage at this location for more than two years. We have been very satisfied with the staff professional service from the beginning to the end. The customer service was outstanding during this time; people were very friendly, making sure that everything at this facility works well and the customer needs are met. The environment was clean, safe and the rooms were heated.

We would like to thank Dinson Devassy, the manager, for his excellent management, all staff for their professional service, and Grace at the front desk, for her prompt and friendly service.

Absolutely horrible customer service and manager refuses to speak to anyone or return phone calls or emails. Storage units on the ground level are infested with mice and they claim they're dealing with the issue using mint (been said since spring) yet we keep finding more damage/urine&feces/dead mice inside our unit as well as in the hallways on the ground level.
We opened a claim with them when we found the first evidence of mouse infestation and were subsequently told by their insurance company that they see no negligence on their part (despite having photos of days old/rotting food in their storage drive through area on multiple occasions). We were advised to seek out a lawyer and "take them to court" if we weren't satisfied with their decision.
Unless you're alright with having your property damaged and no one held accountable for it, I don't suggest supporting this location at all.

I worked there for 3 days and had to quit as they have such low standards. The day I show up for an interview - in heels and a skirt- I'm told that I have to work 8 hours got an interview Noone mentioned that or I would've dressed different and planned my day as I had another interview later. Then the manager lady tells us that we are supposed to wash to wash the blankets but we don't really cause there's no washing machine there. She said her boss told her to take them home and wash them but she doesn't. So we folded mud covered blankets and put them in the "clean" piles - the customers never complain she said, cause it's too hard to navigate customer service. Then I'm told there's another working interview day and that we are only getting $15/hr for these days. What a horrible interview process where they have to trick poor people into working. Definitely doesn't respect staff or customers as the whole model seems to be tricking someone.

Entire facility is infested with mice and they are aware but dont warn customers. Moved out of my unit only to find all my boxes and furniture filled with mouse droppings. Told the girl at the front and she said "oh yes we know" and that was it. Brand new furniture with holes chewed into the side and filled with droppings. Took 2 tries and 2 hrs on hold to get a hold of them to move me out after they told me they'd done it when I was there in person. Never did receive a receipt like I was also told I would 3 different times. Hopefully I'll get one when I send the bill for cleaning and damages to my belongings.

update: compensated us $5000 for the damage in exchange for not admitting that the facility was infested with mice.
