The store was clean and has all your moving and packing items all readily available. We were told their systems were down and wasn’t taking cards so we had to stand for over an hour while my brother left to get cash. The customer representative was friendly and great. The truck itself was quite clean and everything worked pretty well. Asides that long wait with no chairs or any type of seating offered, I’ll still recommend.

Reserved for a 20 foot truck early and when we reached the location to pick it up, the truck was not available. They give us the guarantee and just tells us without any consideration that it’s not available. They said we could get one in Woodstock and tells us to take it or leave it. The worst customer service experience I ever had in my life. They don’t even see us their clients. Just doesn’t give any kind of value for the customers. The manager was the worst of all the associates. At last after waiting for nearly two hours, we got a smaller truck. They haven’t even refunded the guaranteed 50 dollar credit for not giving the reserved vehicle on time. The manager said they would mail us about it and never did.
Called the store later and they say that the amount I paid first wasn’t even paid and when I called the bank, they say that I’ve been charged. The staff doesn’t even have proper knowledge on these things. Just makes the customers life so miserable.
Finally, I talked with U-Haul’s Customer Support Line and that person really helped me. I also gave a complaint regarding the 112 Clarke Road location to them. Please try to talk with them instead of talking with the staff at this location. Saves so much more time.
People, please try not to get your moving truck from this location.
Worst manager, worst customer service.
Customers are not even considered customers.
They feel that they pay for us.

Company who doesn't know how to do their job. Booked u-boxes with moving helpers on both ends of my move. Moving helpers came and did a great job. Dropped containers off at Clark Road. U-Haul then did nothing. My stuff arrived 3 days late. When inquiring as to where my things were now U-Haul changes their story that they don't deliver u-boxes between cities but the moving helpers do. Which has never been my experience in the past same with the moving helpers.

When contacting uhaul they just blame everyone else and tell you to call moving helpers and deal with them. Funny cause this was all don't through your website why do I have to call 3rd parties for your recommended movers.

Their website states that for every day late U-Haul would reimburse $50/day late. When I asked about that, again I was blown off by U-Haul. They got their money why should they care. Told me I had to deal with the moving helpers for that. But it's their policy not moving helpers.

Here my move is over finally and now I get a cleaning bill from U-Haul. I didn't load or unload the boxes why am I being charged to clean them. Then they also tried to be sneaky and put an auto pay on my account for a monthly rental (of over $100) for those u-boxes even though they were returned.

Beware people. Watch your account and make sure they aren't over charging or scamming you.

They are so friendly and helpful, this is the best U-Haul location I have ever dealt with. Fatima at the desk is so good at her job. She deserves a raise she was sooooo busy but helped everyone while being so friendly!
The outdoor guy hook the trailer up with a lift bar and helped me hook up he was fantastic!

It was easy to get the truck with no waiting time and the staff were really good. Helped us with understanding everything and explained everything to us really well.

They only had one staff member inside handling both terminals at the same time and one person outside attaching trailers to cars.

The app portion slowed everyone in line. Took about 50 minutes with a couple people ahead of us to get the keys. I wandered the lot, saw a lot of clean vans but not my number, found my van caked in light mud that was mine to use.
I went inside to complain and they said they could get me a new vehicle but I didn’t feel comfortable making the long line wait especially since Id have to redo the whole process on my app.

No one was around to clean so I grabbed a squeegee and cleaned off the back windows and taillights for safety. Took several attempts to clean it.

Luckily the app requested i take photos to show how dirty the vehicle was before. Hopefully I don’t get charged a cleaning fee

Will never rent from them again. My son went to rent a U-Haul, which we had done before, to help a family member move. They would not rent to them because they said last time when we brought the truck back the police followed us in. It was nothing to do with us and they were just checking the area because a U-Haul had been reported stolen. They left shortly after they checked our IDs. The truck was returned full of gas and clean.

We went to a different one and had no problems. Perceptions are not always accurate. I will definitely share my story with others.

First time renting from UHaul, staff at this location were very knowledgeable and got me into my rental in under 15 minutes! There estimate for mileage was 100% accurate. Returning the rental was just as fast and easy. I highly recommend this location for all your moving rental needs.
