This Uhaul miss used my information. I gave them my email and they give it out. I get receipts from their other clients once a month. Every time I receive one of these e mails I will be leaving a 1 star review. I tried to deal with it internally and they said not to worry about it. So I am not worried I am dealing with it.

Terrible experience unfortunately. Got sent to location #1, who informed me they didn't know how to operate the computer, so sent me to location #2, much further away. Location #2 (westK) didn't honour my original quote, and informed me they had to cancel and make a new one. After I returned the truck, I ended up being charged 100$ more than the original quote, and charged extra for the distance I had to travel, to get the truck from location #2, because location #1 simply didn't know how to use the program. I guess they also changed my order from a one trip, to an in town, sneaky way to rob me of more money. There was a padlock left on the truck, so when I got to my location I had to deal with a pad locked door. Why uHaul didn't simply send me to the location on enterprise (actually near me), which has hundreds of trucks daily, is beyond me. My original quote was 140$, and I was charged 250$. One of the most disorganized experiences I've ever had. I phoned asking for help to resolve the issue, and after a condescending interaction with West K Uhaul, I was told to contact Location 1. Location one told me they were sorry and would call me back. That was two days ago, and I've received no call back, and no price adjustment. Pretty poor way to run a company. Would have been less hassle to borrow a friends trailer, which I will do next time. This company appears to only be in business because there's no competition. sad.

Waiting on hold for 30mins plus. Literally just need my T4 information lol, this place has always been a bit odd sadly. Atleast let me know how long I’ll be on hold or when would be best to call back!

Uhaul is so lucky to Katrina. She Amazing. I was stressed with moving lockers and had an issue..I rented one too small. Katrina was able to help me with her outstanding Customer Service. Thanks Katrina you ROCK!!!

The staff member I worked with was very helpful and patient. The storage locker was clean and I feel confident regarding security measures. The price was lower than competitors.

This is the absolute worst company I've ever dealt with. The customer service is horrible, the employees are untrained, and I have been lied to multiple times here. I am in the middle of moving and missed payment by less than 72hrs. I paid and then called to make sure the 2nd lock was off my unit so I could access it. I was promised by an employee it would be done. I filled 2 vehicles with my stuff, ready for storage, and drove 35 minutes (each way) to my unit. I arrived to it double locked. I will be going in there in the morning to share my frustrations with their manager, then I will likely be looking for a new storage company.

Also, it takes multiple phone calls and countless time to actually get ahold of someone who works here.

0/10, would not recommend to even my worst enemy.
