Don't use the online service or the main London location. Tried everything they could to redirect me to the London location which would have added 4 hours of drive time to my 1 day rental for pick up and drop off. Told me nothing was available at the one down the street from my house. Tripled the price of the rental if I wanted to drop it off at the location I ordered it instead of take it back to London. Instead just walked into the store by my house and they had a trailer for me the next morning, no issues. Plus all the screwing around from the London location only was adding to my bill. They said they do not do discounts when they can't fulfill orders they already approved. Glad the local location in Vienna fixed everything. Could have easily wrecked the plans we had organized over a month ahead of time 2 days before we left. London and online is nothing but deception and lies. Uhaul you should be ashamed of yourselves and should be giving more credit to the small vendors supplying your equipment.

Good luck getting anyone on the phone, so I went thru all the hassle of making an appointment for a hitch install online. Then they called and said they cannot do it at the time I booked. Would be at least a week. What's the point of having a booking system if it doesn't work? Extremely rude staff on the phone. Would not deal with this place.

I don't book anything online but we randomly showed up at the location on york street. london ont.
And they were awesome. Got the truck returned the truck. No issues.

Please whoever is reading this don't go to this location. I parked my car in front of the entrance in a well lit area in front of cameras while I was renting a U-Haul. My suv back window gets smashed in. Then I looked at my credit and they bill me 3 separate times. Talk about price gouging. So please avoid this place at all cost.

I don't think this place began as a U-Haul. There is only one elevator for the whole place and it fits one person and one trolley. Also, I think something died there because it stunk. People in the office were great and friendly and accommodating though. Helpful with the truck and rental process.

I have used this U-Haul location over the years to move my daughters stuff from one location to another in London and the service and staff are excellent! No issues with moving trucks and billing. Great job guys!
