I send two balik bayan box september 2022. With small box.
My family received my 2 big balik bayan box last November, but missing my 1/2 box until now they didn’t receive my 1/2 box. Only thing I don’t like the delivery driver said ( it’s just small box and free) and make me peace me off, even it’s in promotions well they still have value. Kinda not organized when the deliver there box and rude stuff.
When I follow up that tru call they didn’t get my tracking code they just guess and say dec 19. And until now still not delivered. Hopefully its not lost because I’m not gonna be happy about that.
