I made reservations for a vehicle that would accommodate my service dog. The cab driver showed up and acted surprised that I had a service dog then asked me if my dog would be ok or if he’s going to jump out of his seat. Further, the cab driver was on his phone talking to someone else while communicating his concerns with me. All was good until he opened the door of the vehicle. I have never seen such filth contained in one small space my entire life. It was absolutely atrocious! Happily, I had my dogs blanket for both my dog and I to sit on. The taxi wreaked of body odour and I was afraid to touch anything in the vehicle. I can’t believe that any taxi company would allow such filth as part of their service. That said, there were signs saying no food or drink and I’m not sure how that would have made ANY difference under such circumstances. If I could rate this a zero I would. Taxi #1103

Company likes to hire drivers that lock solo girls in vehicles and try and assault and take advantage of the situation…. Most recent incident was 24hrs ago… think the business will fire said driver of course not… not to mention they try and increase rate by an extra $50-75 because they believe they deserve it and wont let you out of the vehicle until you pay… if you are a female and solo traveling take a drive from someone else!

I got the taxi from airport yesterday the driver don’t wanna pick me up until his supervisor told him to do so. Keep me waiting outside in -35 temperature and start making excuses I can’t pick you because two passengers are not able to fit in my car. Once there supervisor warns him for suspension then he picked me up. His cab no. 1019

I DON'T RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE AT ALL. The rudest driver I've ever seen in Canada. The car was not safe (a white Toyota Corolla), all the amber warning lights are on, one of them was being covered by a black tape. The driver yelled at me rudely when he saw me lean forward trying to show him the road. And he didn't accept credit card.

Back and forth gas and breaking! I thought I was on a boat. I asked him why, he said the wind blowing. Ok. Not a nice ride. Polite dude, but I don’t pay for the discussion but for the safe and comfortable drive.

Getting a cab from the casino the first cab said he couldn’t take us 4 people we got in the next cab buckled up the cab pulled up and said sorry u have to get out because this cab was first even tho there was a customer in that cab we went to the next cab he drove up
The there was another cab wanting our service because he was there first get your shot together there’s no numbers telling me what can to take or who’s first in line I’m
A paying customer to ask me to get out to take another can is crazy I understand they are trying to make it that all can get trips get a better system

Avoid This Cab Company – Sketchy Extra Charges & Dirty Ride

The driver tried to charge us an extra $10 because we had “so many bags.” Funny thing is, everything except my camera bag fit in the trunk.

I asked the cabbie if we had accidentally landed in Southeast Asia, because that’s the last time I heard this kind of scam. The thing is, you expect this kind of hustle when traveling abroad—but not in a place like Fort McMurray.

🚖 The ride itself? Just as bad.
• The cab was filthy, with the front seat completely cluttered.
• My buddy and I (both big guys) had to squish in the back with a bag on our laps.
• If I were traveling solo, I wouldn’t have tolerated any of it.

At the time, I didn’t feel like making a scene… now I regret giving in. Well, at least I can leave this review.

Bottom line: Don’t use this company.

This taxi company has drivers that would turn off the meter when we are close to the destination they always give us a bigger price than before, i am not saying all of the drivers do this but some do, always look at the meters if you are in a taxi
