Watched bus 1152 speed in a Glacier National Park, tailgating us (while we were going the speed limit) then passing us and tailgating a motorcyclist, and then a semi truck at incredibly close range. Incredibly unprofessional and dangerous. It was quite nice to see him later on, pulled over by a peace officer. After seeing that I would not trust this bus company.

We took a UCL bus as part of a Tauck tour of the Canadian Rockies. The coach was comfortable and clean, mostly due to its driver Lucian. Lucian is an excellent and very safe and smooth driver. He was also very helpful with advice about the tour and the surroundings. He is a consummate professional and we highly recommend him.

Calgary Kidanemhret Ethiopian Orthodox Church have rented five (5) buses from Universal Coach and their partner companies for our July 29, 2023 family day trip to Canmore. We were extremely happy with their staff professionalism and their drivers punctuality. The office workers were very understanding and cooperative to meet our needs in a very professional manner.

I would like to commend Terry from Universal Coach Lines. I inadvertently left my prescription sunglasses on one of the buses and they were picked up by another guest. Terry drove to the guest's home, picked up my glasses and delivered them to my house. Terry certainly went beyond the call of duty with his excellent service....thank you, Terry.
