received an e-mail claiming the package was in downtown Kelowna this morning and when I called 7 hours later to ask where it was because we have been waiting all day for it, their "online tracking help from Timbuctu claimed it was still in the warehouse in Lake Country

Useless.

They tell me on Friday my order was delayed because of weather... I can literally see the UPS depot from my house.

It was completely clear, sunny and blue sky.

On a single high value delivery : Advised of delivery date and time range (1145-1545). Took 4 hours off work to sign for package.. UPS no show!
3 days later advised of delivery ‘tomorrow’ same time period. Took 4 hours off work… UPS no show!
2 days later (today) advised delivery ‘Today’ same time period. Took 4 hours off work…. UPS NO SHOW!!!
High value package came from Ontario in 4 days but held in Kelowna 7 days (so far!)
UPS’s uselessness has cost me now at least 16 hours lost work time! This isn’t to mention the daily loss I am incurring on not having my package!!

Says i need to sign for pkg, missed delivery by 10min, got a notice to sign up to change delivery or presign but site only allows USA country n state.. im in canada so not helpful. No other options. No phone # to call them.. ugh. Next delivery will be when im zzzz so ill prob miss that too

They constantly can't get it right! Over and over again they have no idea where my package is. I'm not sure how they could be in business this many years, with no execution or systematic tracking, they have no idea where your package is even with info notice number/tracking number.

I work for UPS and will never ship via UPS Kelowna ever again. I paid for express service but it arrived very late, which is a story onto itself. When I contacted UPS Customer Service they demanded that I drive the 5+ miles to the hub to request the hub contact Customer Service to process a refund on the higher than quoted charges.

Terrible service. I made a trip out of my way to pay for customs and still didn’t receive my package and when I called for it and was told it would be there the next day, it still was not there. Eventually they told me it was missing and then delivered it to me two hours later. UPS needs to get a better hold on their tracking system.

UPS is by far the worst company I have dealt with. Their employees lied to me. After discovering the extra $39 fee to ship from the US an employee told me they would reduce the fee by $20 and I could pick up my package and would be billed an invoice. I go to pickup my package and am denied. I call again and am told UPS would never do that and I have to pay online. What a joke of a company. How are you still in business?
