UPS is the worst carrier company out there. Everytime a shipper uses UPS I have problems with my delivery. Eg. My address has my unit number before the address as is commonly done (1-222 Abc St) the driver returned it stating there was no unit number on it. UPS said they could not find it in their warehouse. The item was a printer for a birthday present that was on sale AND it was the last one in stock. I had to pay full price at another store in order to make the birthday in time and UPS could care less. I spoke to a driver and he said many of their drivers don't care about anything and many are lazy and he admitted their customer service is terrible. As I write this I've been on hold to speak to a supervisor for 27 mins after speaking to an agent for 15 mins who tried to convince me it was my fault that they re-delivered a packaged I had refused delivery on. In the past my requests for callbacks from Supervisors have been ignored. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! I AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I don't know who's more incompetent. The staff at this location or the phone customer service agents. A race to the bottom if I had to guess. No one can seem to figure out why my item is "delayed" and been sitting here for a over a week less than 20 minutes from my house. Judging by the other reviews staff theft is probably the issue which must be well known since the phone reps don't seem to care to help either. If your business uses UPS consider Purolator so that items don't go "missing'

I have been expecting a call from a dispatch manager since 9:30am this based on the b.s excuse the driver gave for not delivering the package to my home last night which is an apartment building. the driver did not even pull into the building parking lot. like other couriers do. they left the truck parked on the road with hazards on, quickly rushed in and out of the building within 2 minutes (which is not even enough time to scroll through the building directory) i have yet to receive a phone call to the number i have provide. i have called head office 2 and spoke to 2 customer service supervisors and i am now calling head office a THIRD time. to speak to management higher up then a customer service supervisor regarding this issue. Also this is the 2 package in a row i am having issues with this UPS and the drivers from this location SPECIFICALLY.

TERRIBLE SERVICE BY UPS. PLEASE STAY AWAY. I had my phone stolen so i filed a claim a with asurian and to my bad luck they used UPS for handling the delivery. The standard delivery was supposed to be on Tuesday but since i was out of a device and all my work is through my phone so i opted for express shipping and paid extra for the express delivery. Keep in mind im using a loner device from a friend which i was supposed to return on Saturday ( its brand new phone which he has used yet ). So now i am out of a phone and will loose all my business over the weekend. The customer care team even tho is apologetic for this mixup is clueless and not helpful at all. There is no way to reach the facility and the money i paid for express shipping is down the drain. ALL TO SUM IT UP UPS IS USELESS AND GUYS DONT PAY FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING IF YOU LOVE YOUR MONEY. Really disappointed with the services and customer care support. STAY AWAY.

Paid a bit extra to have a specific date for delivery...only to see UPS.com claim "the delivery address was incorrect" (which it wasn't, leading me to question if a delivery attempt was even truly made), forcing me to wait over the weekend due to THEIR screw-up, because my package isn't available to be transferred to another location to be picked up - the customer service line wasn't all that helpful at all in the end to resolve the issue as well, giving me constant run-arounds.

Due to having me waste my day waiting for my package, and now over a few days due to whomever's incompetence, I will ensure as best as possible to stay clear of online retailers that use UPS exclusively in the future.

Used next day delivery, the first day it was on the truck all day "out for delivery" until it updated the tracking to arrive next day. Then next day it goes back out on the truck, we are waiting for it till suddenly get a text with a tracking update:

"We tried to deliver to the business, but it was closed."

That is completly false we were open and RIGHT HERE waiting! Nobody came to our business to attempt delivery, they lie and say that nobody was there/business closed for whatever reason to avoid making deliveries. Complete waste of time and money with this company, save yourself the headache and use a different service.

Theft or incompetent drivers seems to be a repeated problem from this dispatch centre (Caledon, ON). Documents gone missing. No photo provided. UPS is substandard to FedEx. Need something important delivered, bypass UPS.
