I wish I've had read those reviews before shipping my package with ups, m6 package supposed to be delivered on Dec 19th but they forgot to put the building number so I called them and told them to hold my package in a nearby store, she could barely speak English and kept saying requested to hold at ups center asked her 3 times what center she didn't even know and told her this is the ups store address that I want to pick it up she pretended that she requested but now after 3 days there's no info about my packages whereabouts whatsoever, she screwed it up. And calling their customer line is a headache they made sure even their robot pisses you as hell! I won't us stupid UPS again not even for free!

The worth service ever ,I paid for express parcel from Toronto to ottawa , and it’s cost 41$, today already Tuesday no parcel, but it must was on Monday , Canada post works much quicker and chipper , what the sense put EXPRESS,if it’s much longer than usual , I have this delivery

dont use ups they will lose your package even if its shipped within the city and refuse to let you file a claim if your not a big business with an account with them go with fedex more reliable and responsible screw UPS i hope i dont run into a ups driver not going to be a good outcome ups driver quit your job switch to fedex garbage shipping company how is canada post more reliable then ups lol

Okay so apparently UPS HAS a contract with Amazon that they won over Canada post for returns on etc...
Dear UPS buy a frinkin QR code scanner or dump the contract ..... seriously and hire employees that know what the hell there talking g about instead of sending people to not one but 3 different locations seriously !!!!!
Incompetents at the highest level!!!!!

If small businesses really care about the little bit of customers they have, they'd never use UPS as shipping carrier. UPS is the worst. All they do is stick a delivery attempt sticker on people's door instead of the actual package regardless of how accessible your house is. It's like they never brought your package in the first place.

I am always home when UPS leaves their "Sorry we missed you" notices. The driver is either too lazy, cannot read or just doesn't want to be bothered to find my name on the board and ring my apartment. I don't drive any more, so I cannot run all over Ottawa to pick up my parcels. Every other carrier delivers to my door but NOT UPS. The second time he tried re-deliver, he said my name wasn't on the board in the lobby. He either lied or can't read. My name is there beside my buzzer number.
