Do not rely on this company for your international shipment. They gave me wrong information about my package and was holding it because they claimed that I refused to pay for import taxes in which no one contacted me to pay for. They put my phone number incorrectly and did not care about finding another way to contact me so they continued holding my package for some more weeks. One of the representatives contradicted his reasoning and said that delivering person came and left right away because I was not there. So stupid how I am expected to stay in front of my door all the time asking for everyone if they were the delivery person. Never never recommend. Do not risk it and deal with UPS!!!!

The single most incompetent, lying, vile absolutely unprofessional group of thief in the shipping industry. There is a huge reason why rockauto refuses to ship with "Undelivered Parcel Surplus", at least my parts showed up days late rather than being sold by UPS.

Our experience was positive at this UPS pickup location. Although, it’s a clothing and tailor service location, but they do provide UPS parcels pickup. This place is just close to the Edmonton trail and in the Crescent Heights community.

UPS stands for Useless Parcel Service. They failed to deliver to my house and despite being told twice that they would try again, they never did. If I could rate 0 stars, I would. They are the Family Foods of couriers
