Package was to be delivered on the 27th from the tracking details on their website. I made payment on the 25th for import duty which went through. Tracked again and showed driver attempted to make the delivery. I wondered why I wasn't called when apparently they know there is a working hour and I can't sit at home expecting ups to deliver my package. Later called customer care, first, second,third and fourth time because I was frustrated it was the third agent that told me I haven't made payment and I kept wondering what he was talking about upon calling the fourth person I saw the site later updated my package detail to " payment confirmed". Ups regina is wack. If there was a -100 star I would be choosing that for them to show how incompetent they are. I am sick and tired of all these

One of the most premium priced services available in Canada, can't even compete with their competition. Failed deliveries, failed to drop off for pickups, failed communication even with MyChoice. Will not be using for future business.

Admittingly never fond of how curiours handle packages. Amazon and ebay dont help the problem of people wishing to get goods that retailers refuse to send to box numbers. A percentage of us dont want parcels going to their homes or they do not live in urban settings with street addresses. I agree with another fella a phone call be nice if they are not dumb enough to tell you that something is returned to sender. Couriers have got to learn to handle things better that need to pick up our parcels that cant be delivered.

Amanda was absolutely amazing to deal with! She noticed some of our items fell out of our boxes, after it was delivered and personally drove to deliver the missing items! Thank you Amanda!

I had shipped a parcel to Moose Jaw express and the tracking information stated that it was attempted to the address but there was no attempt as my parents were home all day - no notice on door and tracking indicated that they would attempt to deliver next day . It’s been a week and this parcel has been sitting at an access point but there was no receiver had no information on where !!! This package was incorrectly scanned and untraceable!! Shame on UPS for such poor service!! I have a family member that has worked for years with UPS in Eastern Canada and this is unacceptable!!

It's a pity that there isn't a 0 star option...

I placed an order for express delivery & left instructions on my door for where to leave the package on the day of delivery; when I arrived home, my package was not there. Phoned customer support & they advised that packages would be delivered until 8:30pm. Of course, no package was delivered. However, the delivery centre claimed they attempted to deliver the package at 838pm (when I was most definitely home!). Two days later, they 'attempted' to deliver the package at &:18 pm (when I was also still, most definitely home!) with the same results. Of course, I have no UPS slip on my door showing they ever arrived.

UPS is the worst delivery service I've ever had the unpleasant experience of dealing with.
