I just showed up at the UPS store with a box overflowing with snacks for a care package I wanted to send my kids in University. I didn’t have a box that would fit what I purchased so I just brought everything in. The lovely lady there was kind enough to help me find a box and even pack the box TWICE Before we found the perfect size. This also saved me money! She went above and beyond in her customer service skills today, even taping up the box for me! I’m very thankful for all the extra help! Excellent service!

I was not expecting to be happier walking out of this place, than when I went in. Lol Especially this time of year, and with all that is going on with CP. In the face of daily disrespect, they all somehow stayed kind, compassionate and helpful! This was one of the most genuine places I've been in. They took extra time (that is precious to them!) to make sure they got me the best price and delivery time. Or an alternative courier.
I was smiling when I left...............for about 37 seconds. Then a man flipped out in Dollarama and yelled "I spend a lot of money in this establishment!" And peaced right out! O.K. I smiled then too😉
Thanks a lot all, especially the gentleman at the counter. Appreciate the help. Merry Christmas!

I went in today to the local UPS Store after calling and speaking to a fellow about getting some engraving work done I had very lofty hopes of perhaps being able to get some work done today but it wasn't entirely sure if it was possible as it was very last minute to say the least!

I have to say that Sebastian and his team went above and beyond with the job they did that I needed done today! From the time of the phone call to when I picked up the items it was less than a half business day, awesome to say the least. I was a bit taken back as to how fast all this was done and very greatful for the effort too! Much appreciated to Sebastian and the staff at the CR UPS store for making a great birthday gift idea come to fruition 😁

Fun fact as well The UPS Store does not just ship stuff they have a wide variety of products and services they offer in a small family run facility that goes above and beyond to help their clientele all while making new friends in the process 😁!!! Thanks again for the speedy exceptional work and the laughs as well! 10 out of 10 👌

Excellent customer service from a family run business. We made the switch over to the UPS store from staples after receiving little customer service for our printing needs. Sebastian was friendly and personable, he was more affordable than staples and his services were much quicker. Since then Sebastian has helped us with many lamination of menus and personalized merchandise like magnets and keychains, and recently he rushed my menu lamination for me on short notice! Customer service is alive. I would 10/10 recommend the UPS store.

All of my experiences at this store have been great! I had signs made and stickers printed for my business, and I am so happy with the results. I am impressed with the quality and the speed in which they were done. The owners and graphic designer are so nice and communicate so well, that the signs and stickers came out exactly as I had envisioned. I will definitely be going back to this store to print more things in the future for my business. Thank you Campbell River UPS!

Sent an over night parcel on the December 21 (Campbell River to Vancouver, and it arrived today December 29th? Local USP agent advised that bad weather and time of year contributed to the delay? No apology, no refund, and to boot I was told that, "that's the cost of doing business during the holidays?" Customer Service 0, Satisfaction 0, Over all experience with USP - 0. Hands down the worst delivery service on the Island.

Update : Your rational for the parcel (bad weather) is something that I acknowledged and understand, but your miss leading when you say I was unprofessional and that you offered an apology. You did not apologize but took the liberty to point UPS policies and that the Risk/Management of the parcel not showing up on time is part of the deal when shipping items over the holidays. I can only theorize that you were dealing with more than one disappointed customer so you default to saying that I was unprofessional to allow you to move on. I would hope that other unsatisfied costumers come forward since the true rating of your service should be (at best) at a one star rating. I do appreciate that you took the time to respond to my customer satisfaction complaint, and perhaps you can grow from this experience? This is your moment to realize that you need some training in building relationships and how about some customer service training? Kind regards, and wishing you all the best in the new years.
