My daughter and I aren’t new to storage units and we’ve had theft at other spots in yeg but the staff from the moment we called to see if they had space, the communication and the way they’ve treated us with our situation had been five stars the whole time - I’ve never worried about our things and never worry about theft. And their staff is really the kindest and most considerate for us. Truly a gift basket isn’t enough for their help and empathy. I will always recommend this space for storing your valuables unlike another outfit with several locations.

Rented a unit from Rachel at the north location. She was very accommodating in finding a unit to fit our needs at an affordable rate. Lots of room between the units to make it easier to access our unit. Would highly recommend this location.

My experience with U Store it North Edmonton location was great start to finish. Nathaniel & Kevin are so very accommodating and informative. It was a bonus I was able to catch them during their promotional offering which helped me financially during COVID, I was with them for about a year and never had any complaints. Thank y’all for communicating and helping me transition to my new home with ZERO strife.

I had an issue with this location at first. It was a sensitive situation that required follow-up from the Regional Manager. She was lovely and resolved the issue immediately explaining that the manager of the actual location was new to the position. Overall I am satisfied as the situation was resolved.

I'd put zero if possible. Currently dealing with a situation where my code was erased and I was unable to enter my unit due to my code being erased. I am now asked to provide proof that I paid movers to move into the unit and that my code was erased. There are cameras and I dealt with the front desk immediately the next day but I need to jump through hoops to prove I was put in an awful situation.

Avoid this place at all cost! They have zero understanding of customer service! If we could give them a zero, we certainly would!! We were with them for two years and when we noticed that all our belongings were covered in dirt and damaged, we asked them if we could move to an indoor unit. We moved everything indoors and they would not let us off a $20 transition fee, even though we had paid approx. $360 each month for the last two years. The lady at the desk was not at all customer friendly (we think her name is Rachel). Our Advice is go to Sentinel. They, unlike U.STORE.IT, know how to treat their customers, plus their units are a lot cleaner. Our 10' x 15' indoor unit at Sentinel seems way bigger than the 'supposed' 10' x 15' equivalent unit at U.STORE.IT: How does that happen?

Beware ! Be very aware , there's no pest control . Your goods will get infested with mice. This company lies thru its teeth , if they have any left . The truck rental they advertise for free is never available.
They don't provide you any help or ladders .
They're lard dressed up as butter !
Not good for your personal possessions unless ur desperate .
Sentinel storage offers the best value, service and ethical trading standards instead .
