I give a four star only because I can't give a storage place 5 stars because I don't agree with alot of their practices but anyways this location I was very afraid to rent at but had no choice at the time it seems really run down and I had issues with the locking door the first day then repaired it myself. So security seemed really flimsy. But the manager Kelly who resides on site was very professional and down to earth in all my dealings with her and that made things more acceptable. The fees are basically the same as everywhere else the hours are only until 9 pm which I didn't care for but the area I could understand for security reasons so again acceptable. There are no lights inside the unit which sucks but all in all Kelly makes the place seem like a good choice to trust the facility. They really should spend some money on the doors and locking mechs though not be so cheap with spending all on new locations and forgetting the places that help make the new places so fancy !

Excellent customer service at this location right from the first time I called to inquire about storage. She held our unit for the upcoming weekend and clearly explained to us how to enter the secured yard. Tabatha was there on Sunday to greet us. She clearly explained the contract and even showed us the storage unit prior to rental.
Great operation hours to get your belongings into storage. Insurance on storage rental is optional but is an affordable option to help protect your belongings.
I'm very happy with our choice ☺️

Amazing customer service setting up our storage locker with Kelly. She made it quick and easy, helped us sign up for exactly what we needed. We receive deliveries right to our unit, and she ensured the first delivery made today went smoothly.

I put all my belongings into storage here and 7 months later my unit was broken into (at least one more was also) and half my items stolen.
I reported this to the police, who requested video surveillance from the company. The video has NEVER been supplied to police, so either there is no surveillance video, or they just do not care and do not want to help.
As well, they promised me that within 6-8 weeks I'd get a refund of the remaining months I paid. 11 weeks later this still wasn't done and I had to hound them for this. I only received my money when I told them I would be making complaints to BBB and poor reviews.
Despite what their website says, there is NO onsite manager at this facility. The manager is nice but I think it is those above her that are the problem.
It's not so much the financial value of the stolen items, but the personal and sentimental items that are now gone forever.
I regret the day I signed up to store my items here and advise anyone to go somewhere else. It's bad enough my items were stolen, but then to be treated so poorly by the company.
This is a terrible company to deal with. They have NO respect for their clients. Store your things somewhere else.

I used this facility for a year and was very impressed by the level of customer service. I dealt with Joan at the front desk and she was amazing. Not only was she helpful and pleasant with me but I also watched her deal with a customer who seemed down on her luck and was having difficulty getting a payment transferred from her bank. The level of patience and kindness she showed toward this customer was outstanding. Many customer service people would not have been able to do what she did without getting frustrated but Joan remained calm and helpful even with customers waiting in line. To watch a customer being treated with such respect is always worth a wait in line! Highly recommend this place!

Was offered a heated storage unit and stored work supplies such as paint and drywalling mud. Cold snap hit and froze all my materials. Contacted the manager who said they would not cover or offer any compensation and she informed me to go through insurance incurring a business claim and deductible that would not cover the amount of the materials stored. All in all if you plan to store materials plan for this to happen. Cold Monday morning going to start a job and finding this is a very unpleasant experience.

I found myself paying WAY too much at another storage company, so I looked around and found these guys. Not only are their rates MUCH cheaper, but the facility is clean and well kept. The application was quick and easy, and the nice lady serving me was very informative and helpful.
I would highly recommend this place for your storage needs, and I almost forgot they have an excellent promotion going as well!
