The ice in the winter by the garage doors was a nightmare. Constant email mess ups on their end regarding billing, and fix the darn key pad at the exit! I also did not want to hear any political views when I went in to do business, which would never have happened if they ever became a modern place and got E-transfer. Very happy we moved our stuff to another place, no more headaches.

Rene knows there are mice problems here, and even admitted that they sold units with food in them. Absolutely disgusting facility and his attitude towards it is pathetic and rude.

Save yourself the heartache of losing items to mouse feces and store somewhere else.

Deserves zero stars. Back stabbing office staff. They call cops all because our one truck broke down and the other was in accident. So had wait a bit more trucks. Talked about o office they were ok as it was to begone by end of business hours. But they decided to change there mind and kick us off site. So waiting on the public sidewalk.Cops show up because in there little minds we now are disturbing the peace. Waiting nicely for vehicles

Mike is an awesome guy, Renee not so much. When my locker unit was broken into, Renee was insistent that my keys to the unit were lost and that's how my unit was broken into. We'll my keys were on the same Keychain as my car keys so I know no one had access to my locker keys. Live alone, no kids just moved here so I don't know anyone....but glad he victimized the victim. When I told him what happened he was rude, dismissive, and aggressive saying he's not prepared to hear this right now, he had been awake for 24hrs as he arrested some guy earlier that day or day before etc. Also, when I tried to discuss any issues with him on the phone he juat shuts down and says "good bye' and hangs up. In short, the place is often a target and thefts occur all the time. I don't recommend this place and Renee....if I have to hear ONE MORE TIME how you used to be RCMP I am gonna scream. You are a customer service agent at a storage facility. You're glory days are done
