A bunch of my things got mouldy despite it being "climate-controlled". When I confronted the owner about it, he was extremely rude and completely stonewalled me, claiming that "I was the first person to ever get mould there" and "my things must have been damp when I moved in". I moved in on a sunny spring day. When I moved out, the building even smelled damp.

The lockers are in a nice central location. The storage lockers that are separate from the Ustore it building are secure. The units were a bit dirty and when I went to retrieve my stuff there was mouse droppings on many of my items however nothing was damaged. Lloyd was very nice and the price is pretty good per month.

Lloyd was super helpful, unfortunately he recently passed away and I was unable to access my stuff. We sorted it all out now that his daughter & son inlaw run the business. Hopefully it will be heated units now as advertised because I found it very chilly in there for a storage that was to be heated.

Lloyd gave us a good price on storage. That's great. It is inconvenient that you have to coordinate he will be around to get into the storage lockers. When it came time to move our stuff out, I didn't get it all out, so I called him up to discuss it with him. I told him we don't need that whole huge space but I couldn't get all the stuff out right away, and he said not to worry, we would settle the payment when we did get the rest out and that he would look for a smaller space for us meantime. We never did get the smaller space. He ended up charging us double what we originally paid. Not a regular rate. Just double. Keep your stuff somewhere else.

My significant other, and myself enjoy keeping our stuff there been storing our stuff there just over a year now and the price is not bad either and her name is Sara just like my name she was so friendly great service ⭐️

Their site offers 1/2 months of free rent here, when I called to ask about it they denied it was on their site saying there’s no such thing as free rent. It’s very much visable on their site and I read it to them however the representative replied with “that’s not our site” but it is their site it’s also where I go their phone number. False advertising and poor customer service

It was a good temporary storage place for us as we moved up north. The only issue was the hours where we could access the unit. But if we called ahead he would work it out with us. It was nice that it was heated because we moved in the winter.

Do not store here! It says its heated but most definitely is not. Says the lockers are 5ft wide and they are 3ft at best. Very rude and pushy.
