We drove 4 hours to look at a 2500 Dodge Ram. We were excited to arrive and see the truck although was used was sparkling clean. The owners and everyone in the building were friendly and welcoming and courteous. They even brought dog treats out to Riley our puppy even put a cute pink bandana around her neck that says Only Ram so cute. After a lengthy test drive we made a deal and bought the ram 2500 diesel truck. We are so happy that we took the drive out to Vance Motors in Bancroft. And now two days later I have picked up the truck and again sparkling clean full of fuel and ready for the trip home. I am very happy with the purchase and suggest to anyone looking take the drive to Vance Motors it’s worth the trip. Big thank you to everyone from

My husband and I were parked in the pharmacy lot beside Vance Motors returning from the cottage. We were driving through Bancroft and stopped for items. Backing out of parking spot, there was a loud crackling sound. As we got out to see what the problem was, the mechanic from Vance walked over and asked if we needed help. He looked under the car and we eventually took the car to the dealership where he raised it and found the issue. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating and we were on the road again without any car issues. Thanks again for the great service.

My husband and I were driving into town from L’Amable for errands and our right back tire monitor was on and said to add air. Every second it was getting lower and lower. By the time we got to Hastings St N. we could tell we had a flat. We rolled into Vance Motors and the staff was happy to help us out. Lianne came out with a huge smile and said “we are going to fix your flat”. She invited us inside and offered us a coffee/drink and was extremely friendly. We had a very good experience, it was the second time we dealt with Vance . Chris and Diana were super nice, Chris took the time to show us all the features. Diana was funny and very useful with the insurance we took. The staff was very nice and friendly.
i will recommend Vance any time.

Great to deal with until you have a problem with the vehicle. Bought certified, bring it for an oil change 2 months later to find out the transmission pan is rotting out in 3 spots and leaking. Called to talk to them about it and was met with rudeness by the service desk, was told I would get a call back and never did. $400 out of my pocket because they failed to do a proper safety certification and didn’t care to try and rectify it.

Bought my truck here 6 months ago unfortunately.

DPF filter needed replaced 3 days into the sale but they kept trying to force Regen hoping to take the cheap way out, which is exactly what happend.
(They did not replace it). Truck had been in 5-6 times the first month of owning it and problem never fixed, just prolonged.

I have now replaced both battery's, CCV filter (crankcase vent) was obviously never changed and all broken apart/black inside the valve cover which causes excess crankcase pressure if not changed when suppose to.

I now need front brakes aswel. Company logo was on my doors from previous owners door decals. Nothing was ever mentioned about that, they just hid it to make a sale and now is very noticeable.

50 000 truck and this is what I'm into in first 6 months. Very unhappy with the outcome and do not recommend this place at all . RUN as fast as you can, anybody's better than this to deal with!

•they just Reached out to me to ask how my first 6 months with the truck has been ? I provided this Info and they do not care about anything that happened, no money back to fix this situation how it should be taken care of.

I dealt with Chris and James and can't say enough good about my experience. Chris was knowledgeable and no pressure which was greatly appreciated. I sold my old truck private and they worked with me to get me into my new wheels and James got me a better rate than I expected. Can't say enough good about my experience at Vance motors with these 2 guys!
