Une entreprise de stockage de la meilleure de Hamilton Tiffany et Brenda m'ont fait découvrir un magnifique espace de stockage 10x10 et m'ont donné un deal incroyable. Le service était de haute qualité — ils sont tous deux super amicaux et utiles, et ont rendu tout le processus vraiment facile. De plus, le prix était inférieur à n’importe où else je l’ai vérifié à Hamilton. Si vous avez besoin de stockage, c’est certainement le lieu à prendre en considération

Un vraie merveille

Une expérience déceptionnelle, malheureusement. Le service était un peu lent et la sécurité était un peu inadéquate. Peut-être que je vais essayer une autre fois.

Une bonne expérience de stockage Le personnel était très accueillant et le prix était très raisonnable. Je recommande vivement.

Vaultra Mini Storage is the best storage place in Hamilton! Tiffany and Brenda hooked me and my friends up with a 10x10 unit and gave us an amazing deal. The service was top-notch — they’re both super friendly and helpful, and made the whole process really easy. On top of that, the price was way better than anywhere else we checked in Hamilton. If you need storage, this is definitely the place to go!

They are scammers and fraudant..stay away from this place , bad business.
I am currently customer has been couple years but looking for other storage to move out.
It is the worst storage in hamilton..
The guy working there every month charging me extra as late most the time they do not even bother to check my account... also they charging every 28 days not every month as most genious way to scam customers..so they apply most customers late and extra fees because every month different day not like other storages in the area charging every month . So lazy bad ass some time take half hour to open the elevator to access your storage . As the storages in the building and the lazy guy inside the office has to permit and open the two very old slow elevators to acess your storage ..every elevators has 4 heavy doors .. 2 from outside 2 from inside most of the time elevaters not working. And couple time I stuck in the elevator wait and call headquarter in toronto from inside the elevator to open it ....etc etc etc
I can just count and list thier miserable service . With alot of disasters and bad attitude from guy in the office who deal with customers
Please stay away and do not deal ..completely headache every time i use the storage and every month when they scam me .
The building so so old and saw many times mice and rats every where
Just save your money and time and your energy. Everytime going there has headache as the management all what they care to scam you with very pad services with bad attitude.

Brenda and Tiffany were incredible! Their customer service skills are unlike any other and they deserve to be praised for that. Having those employees around will definitely make vaultra storage very successful! I look forward to seeing them again as we bought a storage unit there!! Amazing service!

As looking for a convenient and affordable storage solution. Found it at Vaultra in Hamilton. Brenda at the desk was very professional and helpful. She even went out of her way to see if there was an into that was closer to the entrance( which there was!!!). Thanks again Brenda. Keep up the great work!

Walked in to inquire about a storage unit and received excellent customer service from Tiffany and her co-worker. Tiffany helped us secure a storage unit, offering us a great deal too. Glad we chose this storage facility!
