Marisa was awesome to deal with over the phone when our van broke down and we had to leave it in Wainwright. I had to do all the communication from outside Wainwright and both her and the mechanic were very helpful and communicated clearly exactly what they were doing, they listened well and gave me the confidence to trust them in a difficult situation. I’m truly grateful for my recent experience at Vic’s for my SUV’s oil change. As someone who relies on one vehicle for everything, it was such a relief when the owner kindly offered to take me to work and pick me up once the service was completed. Not only did they take care of the oil change, but they also provided a detailed report complete with pictures, which really put my mind at ease. I was pleasantly surprised to find my SUV washed and cleaned as well! It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and their vehicles. I wholeheartedly appreciate their compassionate service, and I will definitely return when my vehicle needs attention again.

I took my Jeep in a few months ago because all the dashboard lights were coming on. I tried two different places in town and even one in Edmonton, but no one could figure out the issue. The team at Vic’s, however, was incredibly understanding and truly committed to finding the problem. After checking it two or three times, they were finally able to pinpoint and fix the issue. It’s been 4–5 months since the repair, and I haven’t had a single problem since! I don’t think I’ve ever received better service anywhere else.

Great experience. Very professional friendly. All issues I reported are fixed!!!
Vics fixed what chev dealership could not. They had my vehicle for 1 week, had engine all apart, gave me replacement vehicle, and fixed all my concerns. Oil & coolant leaks, plus the hard shifting at low speeds are now gone. They provided pictures. Been driving for a few weeks now, and I can't tell you how great it feels to feel confident my vehicle is more reliable now on highway and in town driving.
