Checked out 2023 Alberta International Airshow at Villeneuve Airport. Drove out around 9:40am from west end of Edmonton and it normally would take 30 minutes from where located, it took an extra 10 minutes as RCMP had traffic flowing a lot better when we headed out as we hit Hwy 44 and 633. From then on you were directed to locations based on purchase.
I did not get a chance to check on what was offered at main event as I was spoiled and a got to put a chair at a companies hanger. Talk about front row! I would definitely recommend going to the air show as we had a great time watching. Still 1 day left!!

Went there for the Alberta air show, lots of parking and things to do, it's best to be there early.

I will definitely visit the air show again

Appalling traffic control management . West end exiting vehicles were not allowed to turn left onto the highway. We had to turn around at the next crossroad in order to go east. We were stopped on the highway twice at the two remaining exit locations to allow exiting vehicles from the air show to merge onto the highway. The vehicles exiting the last exit were permitted to turn both right and left onto the highway. VIP parking? The attitude and arrogance of the police officers directing traffic at the west exit was not called for nor appreciated. Ninety minutes later and I am getting close to the Villeneuve traffic circle. The air show was okay , great if you like food trucks. Absolutely disorganized parking and traffic control. Humanities ignorance and selfishness was plentiful in the parking lot.!!!!! Be prepared for a terrible end to your day if you attend. I would recommend spending your money on a more pleasant activity.
