I had a terrible experience at this post office today. I went twice to pick up an envelope that FedEx had left a notice for, but both times the staff was completely unorganized and couldn’t find my envelope. They took over 10 minutes each time, and it was clear that they don’t properly categorize their packages and envelopes. When I asked for help, the woman behind the counter bluntly said they had 500 packages and didn’t have time to look for mine. The lack of professionalism and poor attitude was really disappointing. Terrible service all around—won’t be coming back.

Please don’t go here!!! I sent a package to return to Amazon and I they scanned it and didn’t send it back to Amazon! It was worth 400.00! I called the man many times he said maybe it was a different purolator !

This is a new review. My partner dropped off 2 Amazon packages worth 400. I don’t think this person scanned these packages even. I don’t see these returned so I don’t know what happened. Don’t go here!

If you're looking for professional or reliable look elsewhere. I had a Purolator package delivered here. I wanted to pick it up on a Wednesday but when I checked their google business it said they were closed Wednesdays. I tried again on Thursday at 10AM when they were supposed to open - I waited until 10:15AM to no avail. I also noticed that the sign on the door said they were actually open on Wednesdays - inconsistent with their google business listing. When I finally got in the store itself was dirty and in disarray. To their credit they did find the parcel I was there to pick up - I was worried they wouldn't be able to find it considering the mess. Purolator should really vet businesses they work with better. I'm all for supporting small local businesses but they've gotta uphold their end of the bargain. This is not a business I will ever interact with again. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

This is my go to location for picking up and sending off any of my packages. The family who run it are very nice and always helpful if I have any questions or concerns. I’m always in and out in no time at all!!!! I would definitely recommend this place!!

Tried calling 3 times about an package waiting for us. I needed to find out what ID was needed, since it was addressed to our company. The first man on the phone just told that the package wasn't there yet and so he couldn't tell me more. I tried to explain that I wasn't asking if it was there yet, and that I just needed to know what ID was required, in general when picking up for a company. He just hung up on me. The second time I called (an hour or so later), it was the same man who o
picked up. He again wouldn't answer my question and told me to call back when the package was there.When I was in the middle of responding, he hung up on me again. I called back a couple hours later, when the package had arrived. This time, the man just told me that he couldn't say anything until I came to pick up the package. I repeated that I needed to know what ID I needed to bring to pick it up. He abruptly passed the phone to a woman who yelled at me in a different language for about 30 seconds before she hung up as well. I still have no idea what ID is sufficient for pick up for a package addressed to my company. I guess I will try bring what I can and hope it is enough, but I would rate this place 0 stars if I could. Ridiculously aggressive staff who can't seem to answer even the most basic questions that are necessary and hang up on people repeatedly.
