Your driver was rude. Did’t even introduce himself. No name nothing. Plus he was rough handling my car.

I called roadside assistance and they sent vintage towing. The driver called me when he arrived at my place.

My car was in parked in the garage. And it wasn’t starting. Instead of identifying himself to me, he preceded to ask me if he can boost my car even tho I told him it’s charged already. I told him, I charged it overnight and it’s not the battery thats the problem. He still continued to boost the car and tried to start it disregarding the information I gave him. I told him I can open the hood for him as I was parked on the left side of our garage which doesn’t give him enough space as he was a big and tall guy and I don’t want any damage to my car. He didn’t even tell me what he was trying to do or even tell me what the steps he’s taking to move my car out of the drive way. I just saw him adjusting my car seat which I don’t want anybody doing specially that he was too hard on it. He was also too hard handling the door specially while pushing the car out of the garage. Closed the door too rough. No respect at all that I was even around watching him to the point that I was almost non- existing. He also almost hit my door to a pallet as I had pallet leaning on our garage wall. I took the initiative to help him push the car out of the garage. Told him I can steer the car for him but he said he’s ok. You can see in the photo how small the area was.

I’m totally disappointed with the kind of service provided to me.

I just had the wife's car in the shop for a brake job and wouldn't you know it a coolant hose breaks and de-ices the driveway 😳 needing a tow to the shop again they suggested Vintage Towing. I gave them a call and expected to see them next week. The came in two hours. Had it loaded and tied down and delivered before lunch. Very clean, very good staff, very affordable, very pleasant experience, even with the car problems 👍👍

Not too bad of service but there's some unwritten rules of respect. Hence taking your gloves off while getting into someone else's vehicle. Also when he dullied my car he damaged both rear hubcap covers/ wheel covers

Had a car break down 30 minutes south of Leduc Friday prior to long weekend. They were quick to respond and get a truck out there fairly quickly. Dispatch was helpful on the phone and Kyle was very kind and helpful. Even gave me a ride after dropping the vehicle off. Thank you!

Justin and his crew are amazing! I couldn't imagine doing their job day in and day out but they do it always with patience and professionalism!! Called for a tow truck and was told 2 hrs. 3 hrs later they wouldn’t answer the phone after multiple attempts and no call from truck either with an update. I get they are busy in this cold snap but they answered right away when I had someone call to cancel service.
