Calls two times wrong number. I'm not their client, but is very annoying when I'm am working with clients and disrupted twice for them calling the wrong number. First strike is fair, but a second strike a few minutes later is very annoying.

My item has been sitting in the warehouse since February 5. It is now supposed to be delivered February 12. Not sure why it is taking a week for my unit to go 40 minutes north. It would have been significantly faster if I had just gone and picked it up myself. Brutal service.

Our experience with Vitran has been nothing short of frustrating. They rescheduled the pick-up four times, and despite their system showing the package as "delivered," we still haven’t received it. We've been waiting over 15 days now. Each time we call, we’re told the package will arrive a week later. To make matters worse, they repeatedly promised to call us back with updates but never did. The constant delays and dishonesty are unacceptable, and this has severely impacted our business operations.

Dealing with this company has been a nightmare.

My company sent out a shipment prepaid to be held for pickup at a depot in Regina,
instead they decided to deliver to a business on a Saturday instead of holding at depot, on top of that the customer only received half of the shipment and then was billed to the customer even though it was selected as prepaid, and was shipped by an outsourced company. On top of that, they tried to charge us double the quoted price.
Trying to get this issue remedied to locate the missing product has also been terrible. So far has taken over 1 week to get any sort of response from any team member, and bounced back and forth between contacts to no avail. They decided to direct me to the claims link 1 week after this was initiated.
They do not seem to have any sort of organization in any of their shipping yards, and as quoted by our customer "the yard guys how do I say this, ummmm... challenged at best I am sure they are looking at the stuff and not registering"

All in all, if you want your product, choose a different company. And if you do use Vitran, double check you get all of your expected product prior to payment because you will likely never get a credit back.

The only good thing I have been through in this whole experience, is the customer service call center has some friendly people.

Orderd an engine from Regina, Saskatchewan took over 4 days to get to Brooks, Alberta. Very slow delivery system highly recommend using a different company. Customer service is friendly but that sure doesn't make up for the wait time.

Abhorrent service. The drivers are aggressive, rude to staff, and unwilling to comply with neighbourhood rules regarding where to drop off deliveries. They are not following guidelines to make dropoffs at the designated loading areas, they are blocking traffic both human and vehicle. Today they verbally harassed my assistant manager, effectively bullying her into signing for the delivery despite unloading in the incorrect area and disrupting traffic. They left the delivery on the sidewalk outside our store front, in a high traffic area where anyone walking by could easily swipe a case of product. I've never been so disappointed with a service before.

This place was fine for service when you arrive. My only issue was that they called and made a appointment with me to pick up my stuff at a certain time. When I arrived at the depot everyone was confused about this "appointment" apparently I was free to pick it up anytime after it arrived. Which would have been great to know. It would be better if they just called you when it arrives and give you 48 hrs to pick it up.
