Omg where do I start...it's been bad. Really bad. Up to an hour late the past 2 week or more now. Now I understand New bus drivers and so on but today they completely missed my street(2 stops). I called and how I was talked to....my God. The woman was....how to say it without saying the B word.....I guess right down rude and rushing to end the call...maybe to answer the next I don't know. Anyway they did send back the now empty bus to my house, but thank God the bus driver asked a few questions or else my daughter would be sent to the wrong school! Also my daughter would not be able to tell them its not her school. I trust these people to take my child to the right place and keep her safe. No...they were going to take her to a strange school...after they all are inside and it's raining. She would have most likely been left outside in the rain till someone found her and called maybe the cops or other schools in the area....or worse could have happened to her.....so much worse! They need to get their facts straight and where what child goes where. It's unsafe to trust them with your child at this time it seems.

They love good smart bus drivers. And this is what they always loved about me. BUT
I found their operation is very stupid. They are constantly asking for they criminal check what am I killing people every day or what. Especially after I worked with them for long time.
