We hired Wayne and his company to move us January 2020 waterford to south of
courtland ont. These guys went above and beyond. Not a scratch. No walls marked. Our stuff was heavy and had to go into a basement apartment. They were awesome. Things get marked and even broken in a move, but not a mark. This company is full of pros.
We are thinking of moving again at the end of 2024. WHO YU GONNA CALL? W.J.

The Jarvis storage unit sucks. It’s still “under construction” and has been for over a year, with no work actually getting done. There’s a “free exit-“ meaning you HAVE to have a car to access your own unit. It’s only open until 7 pm, so if you work afternoons, better get there in the morning!
Oh and Kim- is not pleasant to deal with. Could have been that I caught her on the wrong day but she alone makes me wanna switch storage facilities.

I had a family piano to move to our new house. I called WJ Moving and the woman who answered the phone was so polite and helpful and we booked the moving date. The day of the move she called me an hour before to let me know the guys were on their way. The movers were on time, professional (great sense of humour) and took excellent care of my piano.

They made a stressful situation (after having 2 movers cancel) absolutely perfect and stress free.

Excellent company. Arrived on time. Very efficient polite workers who took care of all our furniture. Everything was wrapped in moving blankets and secured well in the trailer. Will use them again.

Firstly, Kim, was excellent to deal with! The guys picked up our belongings (only a few items) and delivered them to the new house safely.
Now the bad news. The facility is exactly 45 mins from our Hamilton home, I received a call from Kim to say they are on their way…..2 hours later they arrived, apparently they had the wrong address so they wasted an hour trying to find our house? When they picked up our belongings I followed in the car about 10 minutes behind, from house to house is 50 minutes. I thought I would catch up with them on the road but oddly enough I never did, I got to the new house and they didn’t arrive for 25 more minutes of course billing me for all this extra time. I will never ever use this company again. When I called Wayne, he accused me of lying and driving way over the speed limit so I could beat them there. Terrible experience!

Wayne and his team just moved my family in Port Rowan and we had a very good experience. The job was bigger than expected and they worked things out to accommodate us. His crew was really polite and hard working. Highly reccomend!!!
