Few employees here know what customer service is. Most unfortunately have a habbit of not even greeting you at the register when they serve you. It's not often that employees look happy to be there. Had an employee walk past us about to start their shift and gave us dirty looks then gave us the same looks after he had put on the uniform. Alot of people here who give the impression that they don't want anything to do with the customers and some will not speak if they are called over to help in a transaction. Shopping carts blocking off the exit leaving less than half the space to leave. Not pleased and neither is my family. Management in clarenville need to put in more effort because this is wild.

In my experience this store is always tidy and organized.
The pharmacy has excellent staff who are friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating.

This store is sometimes low on stock, especially in boys clothing and shoes. I check back frequently as they seem to get new stock very regularly.

I was getting help in the electronics section, and I had a bad experience with the staff there. It was going all normal, until one staff member asked me a very inappropriate question, which she meant as a 'joke' apparently. Absolutely appalling!

Only reason I give this particular store 5 stars is that the pharmacy and its people are excellent! The mens clothing department never has sizes above medium, the styles are from the 60's and quality is non-existent. Also there is a genuine lack of staff here. But the pharmacy is awesome!

It’s a small walmart, doesn’t have everything, no produce section, bakery, etc. Never has enough cashiers on and I have to wait in line for 15+ minutes each time I go through the checkout. Yes, they have self checkouts, but you cannot pay cash there.
could use improvement.

The staff for the most part are excellent, always very helpful for me when I ask for assistance. They have a great variety of products and I enjoy the introduction of more produce/fresh items.

This location of Wal-Mart is especially amazing. It has everything you could ask for from a Wal-Mart! It had all the food I needed, all the toys my kids wanted, and the service was incredible! I noticed 2 adult men in their 60's wrestling and kissing with no shirts on in the bathroom and police had to arrest them. Amazing location, 5/5 stars!
