Purchased our home last year and in the spring the roof had been leaking water from the chimney outlet of the gas fireplace. It was apparent it would be snowmelt, as this was happening on one of the first warm spring days.

We immediately contacted warman homes and they disregarded our LEGITIMATE water ingress concern as "not operating our fireplace enough during the winter". That the source of water was from melting frost condensation on the chimney - a result of not using the fireplace enough apparently.... Fast forward to summer, during a hard rainfall. A notable amount of water once again entered through the roof from the chimney area. We immediately contacted warman of the issue again. We have yet to have them service our home during the one year re-visit, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of urgency towards this matter. A leaking roof is no joke, but it feels its being treated as such.

My renovations began with a dream, a dream without specifics! My first meeting with Marc Charles at Warman Home Renovations must have seemed to him challenging and very different when I told Marc that I needed him to come up with a proposal that would make me say, “Wow!” today, next year and 20 years from now. He did! Marc never talked down to me even after answering 99 questions and then I said that I had just one more question! I appreciated Marc’s excitement with my project, his not treating it like just another job because this was my dream coming to fruition! Marc, Brian and all the tradesmen who worked on my project were fantastic!

I am extremely disappointed as we asked for a qoute more than 2 weeks a go and eventhough the measurements and everything was done, we still have not received a basic simple qoute from Lawrence. Even we emailed him and we gave up on some projects and asked just give us a qoute for our first priority and still nothing!

Massive let down on a garage package. I took the time to fill in the online quote in a lot of detail. They shipped out the package and the only thing that was right was the size. Over hang, siding style, shingle color, garage door which were all included in the quote - ALL WRONG! I had to get the builders to remove the shingles. I then got sent an invoice for the new shingles. I complained and got this removed. Start to finish took 3 months after all the mistakes on a 24’x24’ kit. Since posting I’ve been contacted to correct their past mistakes ..Looking forward to see what they will do.

Came out to look at a big reno and assured me that I was in the right hands as they claim to have all of the trades and materials in-house. Waited 2 weeks for a quote only to get an email saying that they couldn't do the job for me. Not impressed at all!
