Even though Dr. R has gone through a horrific hiking accident, has almost lost the lease on his business, and is receiving no help from the Saskatchewan government to find a replacement doctor for his clinic, he’s still taken the time to follow up with me via phone call and help me with my medical concerns. This Doctor genuinely cares about his patients well being, and despite working in an almost impossible business model, is still taking the responsibility for keeping his clinic open, finding other care for his patients while he recovers, and helping as much as he can. Doctors are humans too, with very hard jobs and I am grateful to this doctor for his work.

Best experience I have ever had at a doctor. Instead of sending a prescription immediately as most doctors do when you bring up anxiety, this doctor instead took the time to actually talk to me and discuss different types of therapy, a helpful app and info, and the importance of meditation/mindfulness, and exercise. He has an accent, but I could understand him and when I didn't he clarified with no problem. I will definitely be back and would recommend him to everyone - it was incredibly refreshing to have a doctor actually prescribe healthy preventative advice instead of just pushing pills at me.

Dr R looks after our whole family. He is the most thorough family physician I’ve ever seen. It’s pretty rare for all the members of the family to adore their doctor especially kids. No matter what the issue he has extensive knowledge about it! His staff is great and the wait time is never long... Highly recommended his clinic

EDIT: Don’t go here! For the record, I was never rude face-to-face with the employees, and came on here to air my grievances with a rude and uneducated lab tech. The response was most likely by her btw, as she seems to be in charge of monitoring the reviews. The response is trying to paint me as some pressed Karen type, but I have been nothing but respectful IRL to everyone involved, except for this review, which was a complaint that could’ve been solved by a response back just saying “I’m sorry that happened.”

Was originally 2/5 stars but their lack of any type of apology and the response they did give bumped it down to 1/5. Do better.

Original complaint: One lady who has done me/my partner’s bloodwork multiple times has a nasty habit of pretending that she knows that my partner is fainting from anxiety, not a condition (which she’s now diagnosed with, meaning yes, it WAS NOT ANXIETY). She likes to be quite snarky and rude about it, insinuating that we’re stupid for thinking it’s not anxiety caused.

Please let her know that she is NOT a doctor, or even a nurse, but a lab tech. It’s incredibly disrespectful to assume things about somebody you’ve seen 3 times in your whole life, and don’t have their medical records/history. I don’t know the lady’s name, but she did my partner’s bloodwork on Wed May 22nd, at around 10:25am. Please tell her to be more respectful of patients (even if you don’t believe what they’re telling you; you can be nice anyway)!

EDIT: Also I sincerely hope Dr. R does not still work there, considering he was two past cases of misconduct and one CURRENT one that hasn’t been resolved. Reviews in comments back this doctor’s poor behaviour.

2nd EDIT: I went in for bloodwork to give it another shot and the receptionist/lab tech turned me away for “discomfort reasons.” This was not communicated to me beforehand, which would have saved a lot of gas and time. I stand by what I said however 🙂

Final EDIT: Your response is completely outrageous. I couldn’t go to the other bloodwork clinics in Warman because they were full. I’ve been nothing but respectful in person to the lab tech, only writing this after multiple occasions of rude behaviour.

Had the worst experience ever here! My son has autism and had a hard time regulating himself in a new clinic. I was helping him to calm down when Dr. R picked up my son without my permission, held him tight and told my 4 year son to be quiet or he will keep him there and Mom will leave with out him. This further traumatize my son and to this day we can not drive past his clinic without him showing signs of distress! Dr. R also told me to medicate my son because he is violent. That if I don’t, blood would be on my hands if he harmed someone. My child was and still is a very clam child who is definitely not violent. He is sweet and caring little boy. I would never recommend Dr. R to anyone. Look him up before you make the choice to see him, he has many other patient that have filed complaints about him for his terrible bedside manner.
I don’t generally leave reviews, but this one is important to let others in my situation to be aware.

We are so pleased with Dr R and his staff. We have been seeing Dr R since moving to Warman 2 years ago. The clinic was highly recommended by my brother and now my whole family are his patients. I have family working in health care in a different area of the province and they have commented, that the efficiency and knowledge we have been treated with is second to none. Thank you Dr R , Tracy and staff.

This is the best medical clinic I have ever been to. The wait is always minimal, the reception staff are amazing! The nurses are so sweet. When my daughter went in with me to have her tummy checked, she had to give a urine sample. After she was done, the nurse asked her if she wanted to be her assistant! She was so thrilled! The nurse put the blue gloves on her, and let her help test the pee lol. My girl was so so happy. "Mommy, I got to test my pee!!!" Such a great experience!

I had my 4 year old at the clinic yesterday for some bloodwork. The lab tech that helped us was amazing! She did such a good job at distracting my son and made it so that it wasn't so scarey for him. She hit the vein the first try and was super gentle but quick. I was really stressed about getting it done but she made it as seamless as possible.
