My friend had a scheduled taxi ride to hospital for a very important test, and they never showed. When we called to see where they were , their excuse was they are running behind. How can you be running behind when it was a scheduled pick up Then they hung up on us. Very poor service!! Learn how to run your taxi service.

Worst cab company. Had an appointment for a very serious appointment and they didn’t show up on time, waited outside for 45 minutes and when called to ask where they hung up the phone. Horrible service.

Used this service on a Friday evening in August, round trip. Service was great, taxi was clean, driver was very nice and the price was excellent!

We had the pleasure to have John drive us last night to a few places and I’ve never had a better experience. Always a good time and good laughs !

Called an hour ahead for a taxi at a certain time. Driver was 15 minutes late. Driver needed to make "a quick stop" which added another 15 minutes onto an already late start. Ended up half hour late for an appointment. Requested a receipt to be emailed which didn't arrive. Called to remind them. Still didn't get a receipt. Called the owner and left a message about the lack of receipt and wanting to figure out a better way to make sure cab arrives on time (I'll consider the driver stop a one-off). No call back. I won't be using this company again. They obviously don't want repeat business.

Ok, so unfortunately, I don’t have any pics, but regardless, my Wasaga Taxi experience was amazing! & in so many different ways? 1st of all, I wouldn’t normally name someone from the business I dealt with, but it was such a great experience I truly believe this woman - Kate, should be recognized by the community, her work & Wasaga Beach➡️seeing as she drives all over it! Lol OK so that was the 1st of all; 2nd: I have rheumatoid arthritis, trying to get in the van was MORE than embarrassing or humiliating! ? I could hardly manage to pull myself in! ~ But somehow, by the grace of God, I did. So we went in the most horrible snow storm of the year (OK don’t quote me on that) but it was crazy. The roads were covered. I didn’t see any plough trucks! We ran my errand & as I requested, she waited for me. When I came out of the building to get in the cab, she was on my side. I looked at her quizzically & she said, “I’m going to help you." Surprised n a little confused as I’m not used to getting help as I stubbornly don’t ask for it.

Spent over an hour trying to call them this morning and never got through. Ace taxi doesn't have a license for wasaga. Found out we have Uber in wasaga and it's a third of the price and arrived within 3 mins both times! Make an account. Use Uber. Don't rely on these guys. The last time I did get through to them after trying for half an hour that time they told me the cab would be 15 mins and it took almost an hour and a half and I needed to go 10 mins down the road. But due to my disability it's too far for me to walk. Worst cab company ever. How r u even in business?
