I highly recommend leaving a positive Google review for Donna MacNeil, as she truly deserves it. Recently, she went above and beyond in resolving an issue with our concrete bin. The bin was damaged, and Donna ensured it was promptly taken back to their shop for repairs and returned the next day. Her communication throughout the process was clear and timely, and she provided exceptional service.

I have been trying to get answers from this company since June 19th. It was brought to my attention by my landlord that they stopped sending 2 trucks (that I pay for) and have been putting my cardboard in thier garbage trucks, while still charging me for both recycling and garbage services. Why else would I pay for 2 bins if I just wanted to all go in 1?
I have spoken to 2 people. Both could not provide me with a reason why this has been happening or how long it has been happening for. One of the people I spoke too never got a name and then I spoke to Donna the supervisor. She was supposed to call me back in a couple days once she got answers on why this has been happening and that was 2 weeks ago. I have since left 3 voicemails one on Donna's personal voicemail and NO ONE is calling me back.

This is absolutely unethical behavior and so unprofessional.

My next steps will be contacting my landlord for video surveillance so I can see how long this has been going on for myself since no one here seems to be able to do their job.

Will I get a call back now?

shop around before you sign - they lock you into a 5 year rolling contract and renew without your knowledge or consent & will not let you out unless you pay 9 months of passed invoices - THEY ARE WAY MORE EXPENSIVE THAN OTHER COMANIES - DO YOUR RESEARCH!!

Terrible service and customer service!
If you do rent pls read the small print. This company scams you!
Raised our bin rental drastically over a 3 year period. The cost went from $200 to $800 per month for a small bin. When we tried to have the bin removed from site they refused to call us back and continued billing us.
When we tried to contact them numerous times we never received any calls back....
