Fast and professional service when I needed it most

I called Waterloo Region Towing late at night after my car broke down near Highway 7. The dispatcher was friendly and gave me a clear ETA. The driver arrived within 30 minutes, was polite, and explained the process clearly. The towing fee was reasonable, and they helped me drop the car off at my preferred mechanic without any issues.

Overall, a great experience—especially compared to some of the sketchier tow companies I’ve dealt with in the past. Would recommend if you’re in a pinch around Kitchener-Waterloo. I’m giving 4 stars only because I wish they had a bit more of an online presence.

Mr Milan saved my whole day I had a flat tire and were on the 401 towards Cambridge and one call he came and helped me off the highway

WRT saved me in my hour of need. During the recent ice storm, I had pulled over to the side of the road to clear my windshield when my vehicle slid into a ditch. I’m incredibly grateful to them—they responded quickly and arrived at my location in less than 20 minutes, all at a very affordable price. Excellent service, 10/10. I highly recommend them!
