Not a great experience. Just outside Manitou stuck on a grid road in the middle of nowhere and when I called just after 10pm for a battery boost I was told he would not come out. He eventually told me his truck was “broken”. When I asked what to do or who else to call in the area he said he didn’t know and had no one else for me to call and that he wouldn’t come out. Very disappointed that as a towing company that apparently couldn’t run that night you couldn’t even give advice for who else to call in the area. Not a reliable or helpful service

Said he would be 45 min after warming truck up, and it sounded like he just woke up. Totally fine. He called me back 45 min later and said his front end "wouldn't work". That's when I realized he was drunk. Could have said that immediately and I would have called someone else. Thankfully their competition was amazing.

Shawn's an honest, down to earth straight talker and has ensured that the business and the employees share those traits.
They are well established in the community and will give you the best advice for your needs, even if it means losing your business in that moment because they understand that it's better to gain long term or future clients through sincerity then trying to swindle or cheat for a quick sale.

A perfect business ethic for a community like ours. I met him 5 years ago when I moved up here and I'm not much of an automobile person, but they still show respect through their patience when explaining things and their honest desire to make sure I feel comfortable with what's going on and why.

Could not be happier.
